We blundered here when a nearby restaurant couldn't accommodate us. Soon a group of eight more of our friends, faced with the same predicament, joined us. My hake was delicious, and everyone else seemed quite pleased. Service was welcoming but unobtrusive, and timely.

A great pub with great atmosphere and a good selection of beers and lagers. Very busy at the weekends. Don't go thirsty in Harrogate!
