Q2. We did not 'mess up your order', we simply cancelled your order when you became abusive and we asked you to leave.
Q3. You will see by the number of reviews on TA and FB that our customers value our staff and service. Those that don't and are verbally abusive to our staff and other customers are not welcome.
For clarity we have CCVT of the incident and it has been reported.
