50 minute wait for a starter and bowl of chips..... and it wasn’t busy! When it arrived, there was so much paprika on the whitebait I couldn’t taste anything else. The lovely family at a nearby table waited over an hour between starter and main!

With a bit of investment Dr Fosters could be a great drinking venue but as it stands it seems a little tired, dim and dingey. The outside (garden) courtyard space that is seemingly set aside for smoker’s could be a real crowd pleaser if it...More

Went on Saturday and whilst it was very quiet they forgot one of our starters and it came 20 mins after the others. The mains whilst tasty took 1 & 3/4 hours to come after ordering.

I ate chips and olives. They seriously need to look at introducing vegan dishes to their menu. My friends aren’t vegan, and their food looked lovely.

They have a great selection of on tap beers and ciders, and a menu that changes from time to time. The food is great pub style food, simple, tasty and filling

On arrival I was given a doggy treat so I guess this place is brilliant. Humans said it was pretty good too. Food was nice and well presented, polite staff and very helpful. Overall jolly good.

Description
Whatever the weather, from crisp mornings to our amazing sunsets, we are always open and ready to serve with a smile. Whether you are arriving by foot, bicycle, boat or car, you will be made to feel welcome, be it spur of the moment or for a reservation. We offer a range of well kept cask ales, chilled lager, excellent wines, thirst quenching soft drinks and a host of warming beverages, from a tipple of rum to a frothy cappuccino. All of these things can be enjoyed from our large conservatory or on our beautiful open waterfront terrace. Enjoy watching the boats out on the water or get cosy on our large leather sofas in our beautiful listed Dock Building. Whatever your plans, make sure you visit Dr Foster's Liquor Co on our very own part of the Historic Quay! We are dog friendly so feel free to bring your furry friends.
