Staff fantastic lovely and clean. Food excellent. I would recommend to anyone an enjoyable night great atmosphere.
The restaurant was quite empty which I don’t quite know why , the food was absolutely amazing and the waiting staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We went there as a big group and I cannot fault the service we had nor the food ,...the toilets could do with a good old fashioned deep clean and a bit of a renovation but other than that it’s a spot on place and the food is amazing for the price 😘More
Met the new owner who came and introduced himself and made us very welcome. Excellent service and lovely food. Put our mind at rest as we have a large family booking coming up.
New management and new chef - never will we go there again. Brought the starters out, cold and not cooked. Asked to speak to management and to cancel the mains as we wasn’t happy, to be given a bill of £26 for starters that were...pink and tasted like jelly. Once manager was confronted, he told us to leave and got very agitated. Not the only ones who were leaving either complaining of the same thing 🤮More
We regularly visit this restaurant……or did! It has just changed hands and we weren’t aware when we went. The food was quite bland and not to its usual standard. Very disappointed. Also queried the bill as we had the set menu for 4 of us...which should have meant our bill was £56. We had asked if we could upgrade two of the main courses and were told we could but we were charged over £20 to do this when the price of the curry from the al la carte menu was £11.99! We had one extra rice and one extra naan and were charged more than the menu price for these. In essence charged £28 extra for this. Tried to explain several times only to be told it’s the fault of the till. We ordered our usual dish which came without a sauce. I asked where the sauce was and they brought out the base of the source which was like tomato soup. We asked for a lime pickle only to be told they had no limes but had lemons and asked if we would like lemon pickle instead. This issue was however resolved. We just found it amusing as never heard of lemon pickle. All in all, won’t be returning which is disappointing. Good luck to the new owners but I think you have a long way to go to match the previous owners and chef.More
We ordered a family takeaway, half portions of curry and a quarter bag of chips, food was just warm.phoned them just to be told its new management and chef.really not good enough
Shocking food. We were a party of 4 and none of us enjoyed our food. I am a vegetarian and I asked for a paneer curry to be brought out a chicken and paneer dish. I sent it back and the staff returned and it...appeared they had just removed the pieces of chicken as there were still strings of chicken in the sauce. I only had one mouthful of my food as that’s when I spotted the chicken. Others food was over cooked and bland.More
We have visited moza four times since march 2023 .Midweek and on a Saturday night and the food is always fresh ,hot and tasty .Also which ever curry you choose it does taste and look different to every other curry on the menu. The service is...excellent and not too rushed ,I hate that myself would rather take my time between courses and they have it spot on .Value for money too is great ,the portion sizes are really good .I can not recommend moza enough ,see you again very soon.More
We went for a birthday meal. On arrival sat at the table and the waiter was very quick to run off. I asked him about a certain dish he wasn't bothered to reply. I ordered meal nevertheless but one of our party was given the...wrong order. The waiter on hearing this was actually arguing that it wasn't lol. Eventually they did realise they were wrong and walked off to correct it looking very annoyed at us. I almost thought we had arrived at Faulty Towers.More
Terrible takeaway! Ordered on just eat, 2 minutes, down road from where we were. Food arrived 1 hour late, so 2.5 hours total wait time. Both curries had a thick layer of oil on the surface, and the side salad consisted of lemon end, 2 bits...of stale carrot, and a few bits of lettuce (not sure why they bothered including it). Chips and rice were the best part of the meal, and to be fair, the chips were pretty limp! Overall, I'd rate it, can I have my money back and wish I didn't bother!More
We had a fab experience at Moza for my sister's 40th. 23 people great food and service. Recommended place to eat
Arrived at the time we had prebooked our table only to see for ourselves no free tables. Approached a member of staff to say we had a table booked and told to wait for 10 minutes. More people arrived with bookings and also people waiting...for takeaways, it was getting crowded by the door, no staff offered any information. After 35 mins we then approached the man who was in charge and stated we were waiting for a table and had booked, to which he replied 'they shouldn't have took the booking' and asked us to wait for ten minutes. We decided not to bother as it was looking chaotic, no apology, we had paid for transport to the restaurant and then had to get a taxi either home or to another restaurant! What a waste of time and money. Will not return but don't suppose they are bothered because there was absolutely zero customer service from anyone.More
What a horrible experience service was soo rude food was good was ruined by the new staff member , was soo aggressive won’t be returning and I visit regularly
Came for a nice meal with my mum as we come in regularly. Got nothing but rude service all evening. Never once got asked if the meal was okay and basically had the food dumped on us. Tried to ask for a bottle opener and...got rolled eyes at us. We usually have the set menu and then ask if they can make the nan a cheese nan for an additional fee. We then received the bill and got charged 3.50 for an additional naan bread. When we queried this the waiter was so unbelievably rude. He was passive aggressive and snatched the receipt out of my mums hand. He argued and shouted at us and made it rather embarrassing. He continued to shout and berate us in front of the restaurant when he simply wasn’t understand what we were trying to say and trying to ask. Such a shame as the food is lovely, but don’t appreciate being screamed at from across from the restaurant.More
