This restaurant which is attached to a brewery is a wonderful setting for a birthday lunch the decor is a very well put together it's Shaby Chic meets vintage industrial meet modern luxury. Our waistess's were excellent, great service, polite and helpful. Now I had the roast pork belly with mash and seasonal veg and the standard was very very... More

I was pleased I choose this restaurant for my missus birthday dinner. And she and my young kids enjoyed the tasty food. My primary reason to choose this restaurant was because it had a childrens menu and was a short drive from the hotel we were staying. I was initially surprised as there was only two choice of starters but... More

Very disappointed with the food here . It's all thick creamy sauces and a lot of the menu is reminiscent of the 1970's. No starters except heavy stodgy bread. The desserts are all decorated with stripes of sauce. The chef obviously is not up to date with modern cuisine unable to offer anything lighter with a fresher feel. The sauces... More

Lovely food for a secial treat. Not the cheapest but well worth the money, everyone had different dishes and all were happy with their choices.

We visited as a group of 9 and loved the venue. This would be 5 star but we felt the food and pricing slightly lacking but for a special occasion the venue and atmosphere will definitely make the trip worthwhile. We'll give this one another try and see if it can eek out a fifth star!

Recently had a Valentine's Day lunch for 2 and would recommend to all. This restaurant always is very welcoming, lovely contemporary decor and very friendly staff. Not pretentious in any way. The food is very good with generous portions. They do a light lunch menu for around £14 but full al a carte is also available.

Came here at the end of January with my girlfriend; I hadn't been here in a long time but it was still excellent. The decor and atmosphere is superb and customer service to match. Shared a focaccia to start which was a very generous portion. Had the Taste of the Wild dish for main and it was exquisite. In total,... More

I was fortunate enough to enjoy a lovely Saturday evening in this very unique restaurant -set in a former engine weigh bridge shed. It has everything, good food, excellent range of beers (a number of which are from the owners microbrewery), wines and spirits. On the recommendation of my son I had the Filet Steak with Lobster which was beautifully... More

Great food as always & busy with an upmarket feel. Very overpriced however. Young waiters mostly very friendly apart from a couple. Menu has great options, very impressive but feels a little predictable as all good with same type of sauces. Cheesy or creamy basis... a colourful choice of chilli & spicy variations would diversify.

Was treated to lunch here by two very special friends. The atmosphere in this lovely building is lovely and relaxing, there's no rushing you to your table. We chose off the lunchtime menu ( you can choose of the A la Carte) to, what can I say apart from it was absolutely amazing food. ( I have eaten here a... More
