I expected much better quality coffee when I ordered a mocha, what I was presented with was tasteless and like drinking warm sweet water - the staff made a new cup on request. The coffee machine used is not the best you can get a better cup of coffee from the Costa franchise if you walk to the store next... More

Lovely place to rondavous or catch a breakfast while shopping Probably one of the best in house cafes but what else would you expect from John Lewis. Worth a visit. Brilliant rest rooms.

I was genuinely left wondering if the staff were on some sort of go slow protest? A long queue growing more frustrated by the minute. The food is good, but it needed to be the time we spent waiting for it. Go to M and D or Costa next door!

I am a support worker and thought I'd take the lady I support for a nice lunch. This was a first visit for both of us. We had jacket potato which took 35 minutes to arrive, it was watery and barely tepid with no butter and stale dry hard (ready grated) orange cheese with no flavour at all. This was... More

I visited with a friend and waited whilst the 2 women 'serving' finished their conversation about a customer that they had just served. My cake was dry and tasteless and my friends only slightly better. The coffee warm and weak. I was charged almost £10 for the privilege!!!! I have no idea how this place is still in business.

Lemon drizzle cake that is so dry that you need a knife and fork to cut through it and absolutely no hint of lemon. The 2 women serving are too busy whispering to each other to serve and the coffee was lukewarm. Go to Costa in Next OR the M&S cafe next door. Cheaper and decent food.

Whenever visiting this Shopping Center, we invariably end up in this Cafe, enjoying what we consider to be , the best Toasted Tea Cakes in Swindon, in a bright, airy, friendly eatery. The Tea and Coffee are reasonably priced as well, so us pensioners visit regularly. See you again soon !

Regularly stop by for a spot of lunch with our 4 and 6 year old and are never disappointed. Soup is also great and they have nice little lunches for the kids. We do try to get in before 12 though to beat the crowds.

We stopped off in John Lewis to buy a washing machine, and as the wife was taking soo long, I started to dehydrate from thirst. So popped off to the café located on the first floor for a spot of lunch and a café latte to re-hydrate myself! The staff were very helpful, especially when we requested a dairy-free (no... More

Stopped for tea after visit with my wife and our two boys. Staff were superb and all nice and clean. Just food very disappointing. Basically sandwich or cake - sandwiches c £5.50 and cake over £3. No real imagination and not great value. Ok but no more. Staff were very helpful though.
