Location and contact

The Woodbridge is situated on the banks of the River Severn, a mile downstream from Ironbridge in Shropshire. There are lots of interesting corners and nooks to squirrel away in, or more open, buzzy areas if you're in a more gregarious mood. For sunny days, we have a large terrace and extensive gardens on the banks of the river.

Recent view. Shoulder of lamb with dauphinoise and kale. Beautiful meat, slowly cooked. Very tender. Fish and chips. Nice meaty fish. Not greasy but perfectly cooked. Shared a sweet. Sticky toffee pudding which was very nice. Lovely lunch. Good service.

As far as I know the menu does not vary very much, but I would expect seasonal influences.
