Bengal Spices "Curry House" is well known and established Restaurant in Three Bridges and Crawley as well as has been running smoothly ever since, which wouldn't have been possible without the help of our friendly members of staff who have been well trained to provide the best customer service they can. We have always shown loyalty to our customers providing them with a variety of quality food , wines and great service in a warm atmosphere.
Early evening dinner for four friends on a warm Saturday brought us to Bengal Spice. Delicious food and attentive staff made for a very enjoyable meal including lamb shank, fish tikka, saag paneer and the best peshwari naan I have ever tasted! Try it!
I ordered a take away for my friend's birthday and had asked them, (only if possible) to include a little happy birthday note on the delivery bag. I was expecting just. little bit of paper. Instead, to our surprise, they had gone to buy a...happy birthday card, there was a happy birthday note on all the packets and also a bottle of wine included. I was sooo impressed and too humbled at how much this restaurant took care in not only meeting, but exceeding out expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and the customer service just amazing. We also had a little issue with just-eat, as they didn't send the order to them and thankfully I phoned to double check - however - they prompt got on the phone to just eat to find out what the problem was and solved it immediately. It is ever so humbling as we are relying more and more on placing orders by phone or online and it makes all the difference to know that you are still get the same, (in this case much more) quality service. Excellent experience. Thank you so so much!More
Ordered a takeaway for collection. Great customer service from the chap that took my order. When i picked it up at 7pm the staff member was polite, courteous and followed covid-19 practices by wearing mask and ensured he kept his distance.
All the food (including...the naan) was still lovely and hot! Flavours were delicious and fresh. Me and hubby were both very pleased and will be ordering from Bengsl Spices again! Was happy that we got an extra 15% discount for ordering more than £15 too.More
Tonight we ordered a take away for 4 people. 2 chicken korai, 1 chicken shashlick, 1 chicken dansak,2 Pilau rice and 1 boiled rice, a saag aloo, 1 cheese and onion naan and 2 peshwari naan. Total price including delivery was £42.20. Well worth ever...penny. Food arrived piping hot. All of the dishes were delicious and well cooked. could not fault anything. Very, very good good indeed. Will definitely order again.More
We ordered our takeaway via the website and collected it, on getting it home we were missing two onion bhajis, some of the food was also not very warm so we had to reheat (we live very close) I feel we have not had a...great experience tonight. We have been using this takeaway for many years but I don’t think we will in the future.More
We used to be regular customers years ago but found a better local. We thought we would try again and see if it was still good and got a takeaway. This was before lockdown and u collected from the restaurant at a quiet time. Three...men were talking behind the bar and I might as well have not existed. No greeting, no conversation, no eye contact, waved a card reader in my direction, no goodbye, the food was terrible, ....will I be going again?.....no thank you!!More

Placed an order at 18-00 . We were told online it would be delivered at 19-15. It was then changed to 20-03. Trying to get through on phone near impossible!!! We were then told it was on the road and then it came up as...delivered. Have been customers for 14 years, I know these are difficult times but all you want is for them to be honest with you. Just a phone call to let you know what’s happening. Very disappointed and Hungry!!!!!More

Hi Jill - firstly I'd like to apologise. We have thin staff at the moment who are having to carry out various duties and our regular drivers are currently unavailable due to COVID-19.

We have been customers of this restaurant for over 20 years, having just returned from a holiday early due to Coronavirus we decided to treat ourselves to a takeaway from what WAS our favourite restaurant.
We placed the order and was told it would be...an hour! An hour and half later we called to see how much longer it would be, they said another 10 minutes. Half hour later still waiting, we called again to be told it has already been delivered? Well not to us it has'nt? They insisted it had? The delivery chap came to our door saying he had brought it,and that there was a small child by the door when he handed it over? Well if you consider my 5'9 son a small child? He was very insistent until i told him we had a recordable doorbell and will show him no one had come to our door, he then realused he had delivered 2 doors down? They had the cheek to take it? He the retrieved it from them and tried to give it back to us by now over 2 hrs since our order. They eventually agreed to send a new order and said they would refund half the cost! WELL we are still waiting for the refund.
FAITH LOST here...The good was pretty awful too.
After 20years we will now be going elsewhereMore
