Great Brewers Fayre. Not much parking though on busy nights. Had a great steak and wife had a great curry. Come out quick and very nice. Always a good quick and easy place to go.

You go to a Brewers Fayre pub and you know pretty much what you're going to get: a place kitted out like an airport lounge that is devoid of any atmosphere but which is fairly efficient at what it does. And this is no different.

Brewers fayre has a lovely atmosphere and the value for money is good. However on a couple of occasions our meals have been really late coming out, to the point of waiting over an hour and complaining! Most staff seem friendly, some come across as very rude like they don't want to be there. We've ordered extras before e.g. Garlic... More

Our family use this pub/restaurant on a regular basis. Their bonus points system, special vouchers and good value prices mean we can meet up with family and friends and break up the week of work with a night out. We always feel comfortable here. The staff are nice (not like robots programmed to ask the same questions). The tables are... More

First item out of stock, then after sitting down told replacement item also not available. Monday night is pizza night.we wondered why it was so quiet and why the few people in were not eating pizza and should have guessed. Pizza was disgusting, the base was very thick and tasted like card board. The worst pizza in the world. Two... More

To start with, was quite disappointing that they didn't have many things in the menu. Then, the food itself was not excellent, but as it's a chain restaurant you can expect low quality meals. And the worst was the service. I can't say they were friendly or unfriendly because I just saw the staff when they brought dinner, that's it.... More

The front door wedged half closed at 12 noon made us wander if they were even open. The 3 unhappy staff behind the bar who didn't say hello made us wander was this even a pub? After silently receiving our drinks we sat in the restaurant. En route we took a slow cruise past the "peri peri saturday buffet" which... More

Was in Crawley visiting family and we were taken here by our aunt and uncle. Arrived around 2.45 and the place was virtually empty, chose our food and ordered and the food arrived reasonably quick with all 4 meals arriving within seconds of each other. Food was good staff pleasant tables all clean - what else did we want.

Stayed here for 4 nights for business. The first night I was here the bar was busy with only 2 members of staff visible. Seemed to be a very long wait for a 2 course meal. And it wasn't even worth it. No disrespect to the chefs but they weren't decent items. Seemed microwaved and horrible. Breakfest on the first... More
