I was recommended to this place by a work colleague so paid it a visit last night whilst staying in the Premier Inn. Glad I booked a table as the place was busy with a good atmosphere. Huge menu with Indian food and a host...of general pub dishes as well. I opted for a Chicken Kadai Murgh Lahori. Super spicy and very tasty. I went for chips and garlic chilli naan bread. The portions were absolutely huge and I struggled to finish it. Looking at some of the other dishes that came out, they all looked huge and absolutely delicious. Service was super efficient and friendly throughout. I will definitely be making a return visit in the not too distant future.More

Varied menu, lots of curry choices. Pub classics such as hunter’s chicken, fish and chips and a pie are all here, but one side of the menu is purely curry options. Great portion sizes for good prices! If this place did steak, it would cover...all bases! Visited on a busy Saturday evening, and our meal was taken, served, eaten and paid for within an hour and a half, and found space at the bar for a drink afterwards. Only downside was lots of tables packed in, and large groups were noisy. But that comes with being out on a SaturdayMore

Tonight we were seated in the new part of the extended restaurant. It was bright and airy very busy with a good atmosphere I was concerned it's getting so big that service may suffer but not at all. The service was very good and everything...on time. Food was lovely and fresh tasting. Drink prices are also so good. Can't fault this place apart from football on TV in the bar. Make it silent and have music would make such a nicer atmosphere . Look forward to my next meal there.More

We had family over and made a last-minute decision to go out. After trying to find somewhere that could fit in 8 of us last minute for an early dinner, we found the Parsons Pig. They said they could fit us in as long as...we were done by 7.15, which was 2 hrs later, which was fine as family needed to be leaving by then anyway. We were welcomed into a large, bright room that was clean and tidy. The menus had a lot of variety, both English and Indian. We ordered, and the food came out quickly. We were all impressed with our meals, and the portions were large. The prices were very reasonable and the staff helpful. The onlt criticism I have is that the waiter was clearing our plates while people were still eating, which made us feel rushed. I guess it could just be that they were aware of making sure we were done in time.More

Had a bloody delicious beef and chicken burger here. With nice onion rings. And good chips. A decent pint of coors. The wife’s meal looked good too and she said it was delicious. Perfect place to have a good meal the night before flying from...Gatwick. Would definitely eat here again if I’m in the areaMore

We visited on a busy Friday evening for our anniversary meal, despite the restaurant quickly filling up being a Friday night, all the staff there were friendly and attentive. We were quickly seated and our drinks orders taken. Our food was so delicious, everything looked...and tasted fresh and of high quality. I had the Bombay spiced cod and chips and can certainly recommend it. A really pleasant experience from start to finish, we have a new favourite local restaurant now, keep up the good work Parson’s Pig and thanks to all your staff for doing such a great job.More

We were staying at the Premier Inn next door to this restaurant, the menu looked great and so we went for a bite to eat, we were not disappointed. This was an ideal restaurant for my wife and I, she likes traditional pub food, I...love an Indian. They had an extensive menu for us both to choose from. The staff were welcoming and we were shown to a table in what seemed to be a room they also use for functions. My wife had the gammon and chips which came with both egg and pineapple, which was a plus, she loved the food. I had to wait a few minutes for mine to come out, they didn’t quite get the timing right, but that was forgiven when my Murgh Methi Malai arrived - never had this dish before but it was gorgeous - tender chicken breast with fenugreek in an aromatic, medium spiced creamy sauce, wonderful! Two meals - we couldn’t manage pudding as the portion size was generous - and drinks came to £35, can’t grumble at that! I am a wheelchair user and the restaurant was accessible, I didn’t need to use the toilets so I can’t vouch for how accessible these are. Overall a 5* venue, I asked if they could open one in Nottingham as Crawley is a bit too far to pop out for some food, but the next time we fly from Gatwick we will return!!More

Wow what an amazing place, amazing food, a great atmosphere and very attentive staff. We were staying in the next door Premier Inn so had luckily booked prior to arriving. I certainly wouldn’t chance just turning up on the hope you’d get a table, definitely...worth booking.More

If you are expecting the usual pub grub then you’ll be disappointed. This is a pub producing fantastic food at reasonable prices and caters for all tastes and all ages. It was my 70th birthday and all of my family, 15 of us in total,...with ages ranging from 70 to 7. The kids had chicken nuggets and chips and wow what great chips. Then there was a mixture from the teenagers having burgers and the others (including me) going for the Indian menu. Their Indian food is fantastic, authentic and tasty and I can honestly say that everybody enjoyed their food. Thank you and we’ll definitely be back.More

Another amazing meal at the Parson’s Pig, we always look forward to travelling from LGW as we can be assured of a quality experience. This time we opted for the butter chicken platter and chicken kebab selection, superb value for money considering the size of...the portions and the freshness of the ingredients. Staff are attentive and on the ball and given how busy the restaurant always is I am amazed at how quickly they get food on the table. Most definitely recommended, looking forward to our next visit in December!More

Used to come monthly but not been for four months. No reason. Have been coming since it opened and has always been very good. What a surprise to find a large new extension at the rear and mega busy. Food just as fantastic (Indian) and...new staff very good. Check the menu as they do UK Bar food as well. You won't be disapointed.More
