Only thing I can say is that it was fast. 12 minutes. You can’t really see the preparations. As it’s all prepared behind the counter. When I got home my chicken kebab had so much sauce I couldn’t taste the chicken nor the salad. Chicken...was cut up in such small pieces it could’ve been anything. My chips I ordered 2, 1 was cold and soggy the other fresh as it had just come out. I recall the lady say she needed more chips which should’ve prepared me to get the leftovers of the earlier batch. The salad on display was dry as it been out too long. But we we were hungry and all the good places I’d gone to were busy. Meat is precooked as I didn’t see them cook anything so definitely not fresh. I would not recommend this place.More

Absolutely vile, went here as it had vegan options, but the food is inedible, the chips were brown, cold, shrivelled up, and very sad looking, they were also as hard as old nails. As for the vegan fish, it was basically a grease soaked, unflavoured...block of tofu, that also looked like it was cooked 3 weeks ago Actually called to complain and they couldn't care less if their food is any good or not. Wonderful choice of vegan food. Fish too greasy though and they always add chilli sauce to my food when I don't ask for it. Kebabs good, chips, prawns, squid rings amazing.

I have ordered from TastyMK on numerous occasions because it’s the one traditional chip shop in MK that actually caters for vegans and doesn’t just offer a singular mushy veg burger like almost all of the other chip shops. When I first tried it, I’ll...admit I was disappointed. The chips were overcooked and the vegan fish was lacklustre. But I decided to go through the whole menu because, ya know, everyone’s taste buds are different. I’m not a huge fan of fish so I highly doubt it’s TastyMK’s fault. Next I ordered the squid rings, lamb shish kebab, battered sausage and chicken burger from the vegan menu. Having never tried real squid rings, I found the texture a little odd and wasn’t too big a fan – again, however, this is entirely my fault. I’m sure they’re a delicious alternative if you’ve had squid rings before. The lamb shish kebab wasn’t my cup of tea but my boyfriend had ordered that so I was just trying it – again, never had a kebab before so clearly I should be expanding my tastebuds. I wasn’t a fan of the chicken burger; I found it tasted odd and not like a chicken burger. The battered sausage was spot on. My favourite thing on the vegan menu is by far the chicken bites. They’re unbelievably tasty. Those and a chip butty are the perfect combo, I can’t recommend it enough for vegans who miss a proper chip shop takeaway. The only thing I really don’t like are the onion rings; I wish they weren’t excessively battered. Worth noting that the homemade vegan coleslaw is very delicious. Unfortunately, when ordering on Sunday we encountered an issue with our delivery. What should’ve taken less than half an hour took almost 2 hours to arrive. Despite ordering via Uber Eats, TastyMK provide their own drivers so the responsibility is theirs. We called and the manager was incredibly lovely and explained she couldn’t get in touch with the driver so she’d send another one out. A little disappointed that it took so long to arrive.More

Used the new EatMK app to order a takeaway for the girls. Nice to have gluten free options (plenty for vegans too!) Our gf fish and chips were good & decent portion sizes. Delivery was bang on time, which I thought was impressive given we...ordered at 7.30pm on a Saturday night! We were unsure whether the chips were gf as the fish boxes were labelled ‘g.f’; rang and spoke to someone on the phone who assured me their chips are gf as the fryer is a gluten free fryer - which is lovely! AMAZING options for vegans and vegetarians, wow. The food tasted so fresh. We ordered the vegan battered cod, vegan battered sausage, vegan calamaris and vegan battered prawns. Would reccomend ALL of them. The batter was so crispy and fresh, and the fake fish tasted like...fish... you guys nailed it!! The spring rolls were also homemade and better than any ones I’ve had. Thank you for having this option for us, it’s hard to find in MK. we will definitely order again and support this restaurant.More

Very good Vegan takeaway food with great menu selection and taste. Will visit again next time I am in MK doing the Costco run!

I've had a large selection of the food from the vegan menu here, and the range is excellent. Everything tastes better than you'd expect and the prices are really good. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
