I experienced a bottomless brunch that resembled more of a military operation than a leisurely meal. The staff rudely insisted on quick ordering and demanded that we remain seated and not socialise or talk with other friends throughout, The food was disappointingly basic, particularly the...Lamb Tajine, which consisted mostly of bones, requiring careful navigation to find any meat. Despite having only three beers during the bottomless brunch, we were unpleasantly surprised at the end when confronted with an additional £20 charge per person brining the total to £50 a head. The manner in which this information was conveyed was forceful and unwelcoming. Attempts to discuss the matter with the uninterested waiter proved futile. Given the combination of mediocre food, poor service, and unexpectedly high charges, I have no intention of returning. AVOIDMore

Went on a Saturday evening, myself and my friend were greeted rudely upon arrival, were basically thrown menus and shoved in our seats. We were given approximately 2 minutes because they were pushing for drinks and starter and main orders which we gave them. Starters...arrived cold after five minutes of ordering. I had finished my starter but my friend had clearly not until from behind her, her starter plate was taken mid bite off and our mains (also cold) thrown down in front of us, to be honest we were too shocked to even react. We felt constantly watched for when we were finished and could barely put our knives and forks down before our plates were taken again. We never once were asked, how is the food etc? Common in a decent restaurant and the manners of the staff were awful. Upon finishing our main meals we had the bill slammed on the table with not a word said, which we had not asked for and we’re not ready for. My friend when the waiter slumped over with the card machine (again in silence) said we were not ready for the bill we were wishing for desert and some more soft drinks. Following this we were rudely told that after 6pm they do not sell deserts, soft drinks or hot drinks and that they needed our table so we needed to pay (we had been in the restaurant 40 mins if that) myself and my friend were in complete shock and we were furious but with how rude the staff were and clearly with there made up rule, as upon being sat down, booking and on the menu it did not state anything about deserts and that we were refused a soft drink after our meal, is there a one soft drink per person rule? We agreed it would not be worth speaking to any of the staff due to how rude and uncomfortable they made us and we would rather pay and leave being two young females and write a review. Safe to say we will never be returning, average food, awful service and clearly greedy for money as I am sure if we were alcohol drinkers we would of been permitted to stay. Overall a horrible experience and not what you expect when pre booking at 6.30pm on a Saturday with no proper warning or table time restrictions being given (would expect it to be longer than 45 minutes anyway) avoid at all costs and save your money, must better more welcoming Turkish restaurants in Milton Keynes, the behaviour of this one is disgraceful.More

Visited with 10 cousins on a Saturday afternoon for bottomless brunch. Beautiful venue, lovely decor, and very neat and clean. I wanted to say that the staff (and in particular manager) took good care of us and made sure we got a Food was 5/5...(brunch- starter and main) very very nice. We had such a lovely meal at DeRocka and were served by Dilan. The seafood pasta was amazing and filled with a variety of fish. Dilan was so polite and helpful, nothing was too much of an ask. The atmosphere was perfect, not too noisy...but still had a nice vibe to it. Will definitely visit again when we are next in the area.More

We came up from London for the night so just picked a restaurant close to our hotel and boy did we get lucky. Firstly cocktails were 2 for 1 all day Monday to Friday so that was a great start then everything we ate was...absolutely delicious. To start we had the hummus with lamb pieces and also the lamb livers. For mains we had the lamb shank which was huge and the star dish, the calamari stuffed with prawns, salmon, peppers and cheese. Oh yes and the accompanying bread was also great. We were so full we couldn’t even look at the dessert menu. Definitely visit if you get a chance.More

It's expensive and doesn't deserve to be. It was ok but most Turkish restaurants are good so at these prices it should have been better. Halloumi starter was gorgeous. Mashed potato sloppy and lumpy. Salad boring and served with no dressing. Waiters are slick without...being particularly friendly. Banoffee cheesecake had a stale biscuit bottom, loads of cream, some banana and virtually no caramel. Not worth the calories. Lamb was dry and chewy. Watch out for the napkins - if you go - all of us with dark clothes had little white bits all over us. And they knew about this and still gave customers those napkins. We had really been looking forward to this and were very disappointed so I really wanted to give two stars but that felt mean. Won't be going back and don't recommend it.More

Came here for a birthday meal and we all loved it and left feeling happy and full. They have a wide range of food to try which is fantastic! Must visit if in the area!More

Celebrated our daughters 32nd Birthday. Heard amazing reviews so decided to book a table. Wow 👏 the service was second to none, from the doorman to the waitresses Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! A special shout out to Seyhon &...Dylan who did an exceptional 👏 job keeping us entertained and our glasses full. The food was on another level and such large servings! I personally was hesitant about the menu as I am not familiar with Turkish food but took a chance and ordered the chefs special Chicken and mushroom in white wine sauce 👏 AMAZING We will most certainly be coming back.More

Fantastic food, large portions, friendly service but the toilets are a trek. So plan ahead haha. All in all great restaurant.More
