Ordered food from here based on all the existing reviews. We ordered two large cod and chips and were very disappointed. Fish was dry and chewy and really tough hardly any batter, the chips were reasonable ok. The batter was also very dark almost burnt....Nothing like the pictures online. Very long queue - you’d think there is something worth waiting for - clearly not in our experience.More

Simply, our favourite chippy, with friendly service Also I am physically disabled and do struggle to get in. But, they kindly offered to help and suggested I ring them and they'll bring my grub out. I'd give them six stars!

they are supposed to hold awards for the best fish and chips. I got some F&C on the way home, 8ish on friday, not very busy,but still had to wait for the fish, came out not what you call large (i paid for large), and...over cooked. All these people that rate it highly,i think should try a few other places and see. They only serve on their past history. AvoidMore

It was OK. The large size chips could have fed 2, easily. The fish was ok. They only take cash and it is only take away. Wanted to go there since there is a sign on the roundabout that I drive by every day. Like...I said it was OK, but not the 'best'.More

I have eaten a lot of fish and chips, and Napoli's always give's you the best tasting fish and chips, even better than Harry Ramsdens The quality is always second to none, and you always get good service. I have eaten other food from there...and always enjoyed it.More

We e just moved into the area and were looking for a good f&c. We happened to go to the recycling centre nearby this f&c shop and decided to try it out. From the moment we stepped into this delightful establishment , we were warmly...greeted. That’so e box ticked. We ordered our food, and read the boards on display that this “shop” had been there for over 30 years. Another box ticked. We waited awhile for our f&c , as it was being cooked fresh. Another box ticked. When it was ready the staff apologised for the wait but it was so worth it. Now I know why people go there.it was excellent! Good food, good price but most of all the customer service is outstanding! Highly recommend them and will be returning again . Thankyou NapoliMore

Had fish and chips here the other day. It was very busy so I guess that’s a good thing. The line went down quickly. Food was cooked fresh and was nice. Fish was abit bland But overall it was ok

We pre ordered food for 13 people and it was hot and ready to go when we arrived. Staff could not have been more helpful and when we got it home the food was a-may-zing.!! Will definitely be back.

We are local so pop in often, great fish and chips, chicken, and veggie burgers. Kids can have a little box meal with a toy and a juice drink so son is happy when we go there for dinner.
