Walked in and one customer ordering in front of us, two people walked in and were served before us, I brought the matter up and was called over and served. The couple who came in after myself were the first to walk away with there...food, then the guy in front of me, then another person came and went, so I asked if my order had been put through, a very straight forward order, and at that point they prepared it, we walked out after about 30 minutes… poor service and the most unfriendly staff, will not be returning. We have been ordering from here for years. But just lately seem to have various issues with wrong orders and cold food. Tonight I ordered 2 kebabs and a Portion of chips. After 1hr and 15 mins I rang to find out where our order...was, I was told it was on our way, sadly they must have took the scenic route as it took 1 hrs and 40 minutes to arrive from 1.5 miles away. When it finally arrived it was all cold and the chips were inedible. We tried to ring to complain but could not get through. Really disappointed and feel it was a waste of money, if they can't cope with the orders or volume they shouldn't accept more orders.More

Kebab with no pita bread. They're in rush on the phone when taking orders and don't listen. Check your orders when you collect.

Waited 40 minutes, 2 custumers came in after myself and received there food before me, only ordered Doner and chips. The food was bad, the doner meat tastless. Chili sauce was missing and on top of all this i was asked to pay twice. Will...not be going back.More

Best kebab in Maidstone, great food always had really good kebabs from here. The chilli sauce is the best I’ve had. Recommend this place. Only down point even if you order by phone or web site and given pickup time still have to wait 10...minutes when your there.More

If menu says meat, salad and pitta bread ( classic Kebab ) would you not expect this? Ordered On phone for pick up but once home realised we only got meat & pitta ? RANG to Explain but was told SALAD IS EXTRA!!!!!

This shop serves good kebabs and is very busy as acresult. My favourite is the large chocken kebab with loads of onions and chilli sauce.

Good enough and perfectly edible - suggest delivery as cost the same but parking outside a problem as DYL and no waiting so risk a parking ticket so park around corner. God choice and fresh - delivery can be hit and miss on delivery time...from order, also at times telephone order takers do not have good English so orders wrong or difficult to convey.
