Good enough and perfectly edible - suggest delivery as cost the same but parking outside a problem as DYL and no waiting so risk a parking ticket so park around corner. God choice and fresh - delivery can be hit and miss on delivery time from order, also at times telephone order takers do not have good English so orders wrong or difficult to convey. Overall ok for a fresh kebab from a long standing clean take away. Standard choice of grill or donor kebabs burgers etc

We have used Perfect Charcoal Grill for a few years and always found it to be consistently of good quality and well priced. In recent months prices have increased and portion sizes have reduced, that to some extent we accept and understand in the economic climate. However, in recent weeks quality has deteriorated and our orders have been incorrectly made up for the last 3-4 weeks. We will now be looking elsewhere.

Kebab with no pita bread. They're in rush on the phone when taking orders and don't listen. Check your orders when you collect.

Waited 40 minutes, 2 custumers came in after myself and received there food before me, only ordered Doner and chips.
The food was bad, the doner meat tastless. Chili sauce was missing and on top of all this i was asked to pay twice.
Will not be going back.

We have been ordering from here for years. But just lately seem to have various issues with wrong orders and cold food. Tonight I ordered 2 kebabs and a Portion of chips. After 1hr and 15 mins I rang to find out where our order was, I was told it was on our way, sadly they must have took the scenic route as it took 1 hrs and 40 minutes to arrive from 1.5 miles away.
When it finally arrived it was all cold and the chips were inedible.
We tried to ring to complain but could not get through.
Really disappointed and feel it was a waste of money, if they can't cope with the orders or volume they shouldn't accept more orders.

This was hands down the best kebab I have had in a long time. They listened to exactly what we wanted (we like our lamb meat a bit burned and thinly sliced) and that is exactly what we got, fresh off the skewer.
The lamb meat did taste a little bit salty but the chicken shish was just right.
Didn’t make any fuss about separating the salad and chilli sauce which was nice.
Excellent service from very friendly staff.
Not sure what the poor reviews are for but seem to be delivery related but cannot comment on this as ordered in person so there was no chance of getting cold food as we watched them cook it.
Definitely will be our go to kebab takeaway in future

Walked in and one customer ordering in front of us, two people walked in and were served before us, I brought the matter up and was called over and served.
The couple who came in after myself were the first to walk away with there food, then the guy in front of me, then another person came and went, so I asked if my order had been put through, a very straight forward order, and at that point they prepared it, we walked out after about 30 minutes… poor service and the most unfriendly staff, will not be returning. There are better kebab shops in town.

Best kebab in Maidstone, great food always had really good kebabs from here. The chilli sauce is the best I’ve had. Recommend this place. Only down point even if you order by phone or web site and given pickup time still have to wait 10 minutes when your there.

We have been regular customers for years, especially when we moved to loose. Always recommended to our friends how good the food is. But the last few times and tonight in particular was terrible. Always found ordering in the week was better portion wise but tonight we paid the best part of 30 quid for 2 kebabs that was just a box of salad and gristle. Couldn’t even chew the lamb Shish. Always said this was the best place in town but we’ll be going elsewhere from now on. All the best

Absolutely hands down, the most epic kebabs in Maidstone! Not only are their kebabs out-of-this-world delicious, but the staff is also like a squad of culinary superheroes. They don't just serve food; they orchestrate a symphony of flavor that will make your taste buds do the salsa. Trust me, once you take a bite, you'll be doing the kebab dance of joy! 10/10 would recommend for a mouthwatering experience and a side of hilarious banter with the staff. Kebab perfection achieved!"

If I could give it a higher rating I would!
Had a chicken shish & lamb doner mixed kebab.
I am a bit fussy and requested the lamb be thinly sliced and burnt, and that is exactly what I got! And the chicken was nicely cooked and very tender. The chilli 🌶️ sauce is a perfect accompaniment as not too hot. Salad fresh & crispy.
This take-away definitely lives up to its name “PERFECT charcoal grill”
No photos as scoffed the lot before I thought about it!

If menu says meat, salad and pitta bread ( classic Kebab ) would you not expect this?
Ordered On phone for pick up but once home realised we only got meat & pitta ?

This shop serves good kebabs and is very busy as acresult. My favourite is the large chocken kebab with loads of onions and chilli sauce.
