Had a meal here before watching Liverpool v Dortmund on their large television. it is what it says on the label i.e.pub food but excellent nonetheless. Equally excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, good crowd in there and they also arranged for Liverpool to win!

The food here is excellent and good value, with a good varied menu and specials board (try the bubble and squeak). The service and friendliness of all the staff make this pub a must to visit.
