I had a great time eating delicious food at sizzerls . The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that this restaurant have a Morden style . Most importantly we enjoyed our...birthday party with good food and drink on the menu tasted good.More
Worst customer service. Charged 15 quid for service charge in small print, just to be stared at, rudely spoken too, no smile, lack of enthusiasm, rushed, waitress walked up and down making us feel uncomfortable. Not wearing masks. My sons birthday felt completely ruined. Food...nothing to rave about. Standard. Never felt so uncomfortable, couldn't wait to get out. Worst Indian I've ever been too. Really disappointed to find this on TripAdvisor. Please don't be fooled by the reviews like we was.More

Disgusting staff, poor service. Unclean toilets. Luke warm food. Would not go back to this place if you paid me. Treated me and my family so badly as if we should be grateful to be there. Over charged us on everything and when Questioned the...Napolean complex “owner” Stormed off saying he doesn’t want to talk to me. No business should ever treat its customers the way me and my family were treated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!More
It said "leave a review on TripAdvisor" on their receipt, so...
My family booked the whole restaurant for a 60th birthday get together (relevant later on) and paid a huge deposit to secure the booking. Some dropped out on the day as people do, but...their food was already paid for. Out of courtesy we let them know this, but still expected to pay the full amount, as the dropouts were very last minute. It was agreed that the staff would instead leave half of the restaurant open to the public. We thought they were being nice to us, but they were just being greedy!
We wrongly assumed they were going to knock some money off, as they were now making extra money from the public. We were wrong! They wanted the fee for the whole venue, payment for the attendees food and payment for the non-attendees food, as well as their regular customer base. Of course, they didn't tell us this upfront, only after everyone was seated and eating did we find this out. It all felt very manipulative and sleazy!
We then tried to see if we could come to another arrangement and the manager started shouting at us in front of the whole restaurant, embarrassing us and presumably their other customers, who looked like they just wanted to leave. Their intimidation tactics didn't work as we remained calm, so they hired a security guard (who also looked embarrassed once he realised what was happening) specifically to intimidate us instead. Bare in mind, we're a family with young children celebrating a 60th birthday. Children shouldn't be exposed to experiences like that! A second manager, I think realised how absurd this all was and agreed to a reduced fee, but we had been treated so awfully that we just paid and left. I've never been treated with such disrespect and didn't appreciate having to also watch my family be disrespected in this way too.More
