Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Delicious, made to order ham salad sandwich. Really fresh ingredients, butcher’s ham, beautifully presented. Arrived in no time at all, on a busy Saturday. Run by a lovely couple, we always get a friendly welcome too. Great work, well done! The coffee is delicious too,...and one of the best places for cappuccino froth!More

Sat outside with friends, our orders of bacon baps and coffee arrived a few moments after. Lovely fresh baps, crispy bacon, heaven! Coffee was good quality. Sad no Coffee cake on menu, but the Bakewell tart made up for it.

Situated just off the 2 main car parks. Small inside, but plenty of seating outside (covered) . Rugs provided too, if chilly. Staff were pleasant and attentive. My friend was happy with her cappuccino. I'm very fussy and my americano held no crema, although the...flavour was okay. We went back for lunch/sandwich which was fine - as was the pot of tea! Would definitely return, but not for the coffee.More

This is my favourite place to go for some lunch food / coffee and cake in Tewkesbury. The staff are always so lovely and the food is very fresh and of good quality. Good veggie options too! It’s so nice to go somewhere local rather...than support the other big chains within Tewkesbury. I would definitely recommend to everyone !!More

I have been to Maisie’s many times now and it is definitely my ‘go to’ cafe when meeting family or friends in Tewkesbury. The service is excellent and very friendly- it’s so nice when you see all the family helping out. The panini’s are great...and reasonably priced. I also love the proper tea pots. Well done to all and I will be back.More

This café is friendly. Their cake, which I think may be homemade, is excellent. The café is centrally located for shops, car parks and the Roses Theatre. You can sit inside or outside.
