Whether its after work drinks or a meal for one, I keep going back here and that is no shocker. The things you will care about: - The food... absolutely on point and consistently satisfying - The staff... attentive, make you feel welcome and always...wear a smile - The atmosphere... a comforting environment where you can easily disappear for a few hours. Long story short, if you are looking for a hidden gem, this is one of them.More

Went for a family meal 7 adults 2 kids I wish I would have read other reviews first from the moment we sat down we were bombarded with flies kids were scared. We were waving flies away constantly. I expect this in a far Eastern...country but not here there are fluorescent fly lamps in there so they know there's a problem. The food was OK but service was very very slow. I spent £280 but wl not be returning.More

This one's a little late as the morning after we visited the White Hart, my partner and I were in the hospital holding our newborn baby girl! Anyway I had to get round to writing a review because this place and the excellent staff deserve...every bit of praise. From start to finish the staff were superb, it was a party of 17 of us (6 of which were children) I arrived an hour early to set up decorations from home and found that there had already been a few put up for us which was excellent and created a really lovely atmosphere. My partner had made a cake which I had accidently ruined on the drive over but after asking if the chefs could help me out, a lovely waitress came to my aid and made the cake look ten times better with fresh cream and strawberries. It really did look like incredible ! So a massive thankyou there ! The food was perfectly timed for us and we never went an uncomfortable amount of time between courses. They really kept on top of timings even when our party was all over the place. The staff so attentive and always smiling. I'd like to really commend the chefs on the truely delicious food and I've got to say perfect steaks! (A real bug bare of mine is when your asked how you would like your steak, only for it to come out medium.) But we ordered 7 steaks and they were all cooked exactly how they were ordered and all came together. So bravo! I have to say it was worth every penny too, this is a real gastro pub. Non of this pre packed rubbish, everything was fresh and homemade and you could tell. All and all with the amazing food and truly sublime service we were a very very happy group and had a great time. Keep up the good work ladies and gents and we will see you again soon. Thankyou.More

We came for lunch on a sunny Sunday in September. There were six of us and we sat in the garden, facing the incredible view over the Warwickshire countryside. The pub is serving some very drinkable local beers that didn't disappoint. We also had a...couple of starters to share, and roast dinner. Everyone loved the meal! The staff behind the bar was very welcoming and we couldn't have hoped for a better spot to spend our Sunday afternoon. We will be sure to book again when we come back to the area.More
