Strange to find the top two restaurants in Lancaster right next to each other. Given their such obvious differences in cuisine, it is a testament to both that they are so good. But we wanted a hearty pub meal not snails and frog legs!
Lunch again for us and as on previous occasions we received a warm and friendly welcome.

Just stayed at the wagon for 2nts for birthday treat .the staff are so helpful and friendly.the room was immaculately clean with a river view..the food was amazing especially the homemade cheesecake.a great place to stay and less than 10 minutes walk from lancaster.
