Food was absolutely amazing from starter to main to dessert. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again when visiting Lancashire.

Just back from our second visit in four days and loved every minute. How often do you find a good place to eat, only to return at a later date to find that it has gone down the pan? Not so with Pizza Margherita. It...is just as good now as it was all those years ago, when it first opened. I have had a few helpings of my favourite Capriciosa, whilst my wife had the same the other night and an Alfresco tonight. We both had the Morecambe Bay Shrimps to start with and a sharing salad. I had the chocolate fudge cake for old time's sake and it nearly finished me off. So filling. Thanks to all the staff and happy birthday come December. Already looking forward to next time.More

We had a table booked for 2, friendly, polite staff showed us to our table. Drinks were served quickly, we went for two different large pizzas with extra seasoning, both very delicious, two more beers ( no draft only bottles ), we didn't need any...dessert. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening, we'll be back again without a doubt.More

Great service, delicious food and warm atmosphere. We enjoyed Morecambe Bay potted shrimps and potted crab to start, followed by capricciosa pizza (my husband said it was quite possibly the best pizza he’d ever tasted) and I had the spinach and mushroom lasagne. It was...all really delicious.More

A lovely restaurant! We went in a big group so had to preorder, the food was ready by the time our drinks came and everything was perfect! We felt the portions were slightly on the small side, but the atmosphere is great and I would...recommend!More

I haven’t been here in years so thought we’d give it a try & so glad we did. From walking through the door we were greeted with a smile by friendly staff. The food was really nice & decent prices. We didn’t feel rushed at...all & had a good chat with the staff - everybody was really friendly. We had a lovely experience & won’t leave it as long to go back again.More

Great meal, lovely staff, nice wine, clean and pleasant surroundings. What more could you ask for? We would definitely visit again when we are next in Lancaster, but next time, we know that we need to book first.

Great service, lovely ladies that served us. Food was Yumy, also gluten free pizza was very nice. Nice atmosphere and a busy restaurant, always a good sign.

No availability when we walked in due to being fully booked, a phone call 30 minutes later gave us a table. Two good pizzas. Recommended

Stumbled across this place with a work colleague. Lovely welcome. Excellent special crab starter. Amazing pizzas (I had Pescatore which was delicious). Vanilla cheesecake also lovely. Couple of Peronis as well. Great service all round. Will visit again next time I’m in Lancaster.
