Came with my other half for tea, the food was lovely!! The staff are very friendly!! Our waitress Codruta was great. The wait for food wasn’t long and food was piping hot when bought out to us.

Nice little Italian restaurant. Fancies a nice bowl of pasta and cold wintry night and they did not dissapppoint!! I had tagliatelle with salmon. It was delicious with comforting creamy sauce. Nice atmosphere. Friendly and attentive waiter Moise was excellent. He made suggestions to help...me decide. Even the cheesecake was awesome. Not the cheapest but certainly worth the money. We booked our table for 6pm on a Sunday Evening but arrived half hour early but was immediately shown downstairs to our table. The first thing that struck me was how warm the room was which was great on a chilly evening. We felt so...comfortable straight away. The waiter introduced himself and was very friendly and welcoming, taking our drink orders while we chose our meal. He soon returned with the drinks and took the meal orders and again he wasn't long bringing the starters out. Two of us had the Italian sharing platter, one Prawn Cocktail & the other Pate, all four of us was impressed with the starters. The main course soon arrived, with two having Sirloin Steaks, one on Tagliatelle and the other chose the meat balls. Again all four were really enjoyed, the steaks being cooked to perfection. The drinks were topped up and they gave us time to consider if we could fit in a sweet. After time we all decided on a third course, two vanilla cheesecakes, one Tiramisu and the other opted for a Brulee. Again all were lovely. In a busy Restaurant we found the service was excellent and the staff so friendly. This was a great dining experience on our first visit to La Rustica and we will certainly be returning.More

We went here for a work social gathering. The food was beautiful, the host had great camera skills, and the servers, whose name is on the menu, was very attentive. I will go back.

This place is great for family dinner/celebrations. Went there for my brothers birthday party and the way that they treated us was amazing. They put extra work to the table so it looked nice and themed. Food is excellent, freshly cooked from fresh ingredients. Staff...is amazing, checking up on you every so often, making sure that you’re all good. Even took pictures of us. Deformed would recommend to anybody.More

Lovely friendly welcome . Food was delicious I had carbonara and we shared the chunky chips. My husband had pizza. Would definitely recommend.

We were staying in Doncaster Friday and Saturday night and had booked for the Friday evening having dined here 12 months ago. It was lovely to return and every bit as good as we remembered !! Previous reviews really cover everything, from the welcome, the...service, ambience and of course the food, everything makes for a memorable experience. It was so good we returned on the Saturday evening and had another fabulous time. The menu is extensive, something for everyone. My wife is the Italian food lover and I usually opt for a pizza, however I changed my mind this time and chose a chicken in sauce dish and a pasta dish and now I'm converted!! Strongly recommend La Rustica it's our "must go to" restaurant when staying in Doncaster. Must mention both Codruta and Adam, who looked after us so well , thank you both. Mustn't forget to mention the wine and shots, perfect too.More
