Heard about Suburb through Facebook and saw they ran an offer for kids to eat free between 4pm - 6pm so had to take advantage of it 😂
Double Cheese Burgers are on par with Urban Burgers, if not better. Burger was well assembled and didn’t fall apart which is a win win, can’t stand burgers that crumble while eating 😭
Milkshake was next level. Best in Doncaster, far better than Kremes at Herten Triangle and it’s value for money, proper thick shake 😍
Kid was over the moon with the amount of food they got. Spent more time colouring like but she ate half the burger which is a first, she never eats burgers 😂
Friendly service from start to finish. I also ordered another shake at the end, couldn’t leave without another shake.
They also explained there’s a 15% discount available between 12pm-4pm, so might have to take advantage during dinner time for a quick shake 😂

Came to Suburb for the first time after a friend recommended it and it did not disappoint!! Food came quickly and was really tasty, good value for money considering you can pick as many toppings as you want!!
Really nice interior and friendly staff, 10/10!!

We absolutely love coming here. The pizzas are freshly made to order, fantastic and fully customisable with as many of the delicious and wide-ranging toppings as you want. We're yet to try their burgers as we can't resist the pizzas each time we visit. There are many places closer to us to eat but we'd rather drive across Doncaster to eat here.

Ordered a pizza and chicken fillet burgers. It was delivered nearly 2 hours after placing the order and was cold. The food and service was terrible. Don't waste your money. This seriously was the worst takeaway we have ever had.

Family of two adults and four children, we all really enjoyed our meal and the service provided. The children's meals were great value for what was provided. Would definitely recommend the lasagne and burgers, aswell as the pizzas, perfect all around.

We've ordered takeaway several times - burgers, fries, chicken strips, halloumi fries & coleslaw are our repeat order the cajun fries are a must try! It's build your own burger, so you choose with toppings you would like from a large selection. The beef patties are tasty and a good size. Food has always arrived within the specified time frame, arrives warm and drivers are polite.

We absolutely love suburb! We visit every 6 to 8 weeks ish sometime eat in and sometimes take out and we have never been disappointed.
We have 3 children and often they bring a friend so the new children’s menu is great and saves us quite a bit meaning we can visit more often!
The choice of toppings are fantastic and myself being vegetarian am always impressed.
The staff are just so fantastic and welcoming, I love the new table service and real plates.
Highly recommend trying suburb to anyone!

This isn't our first vist. We had the most amazing pizzas last time so thought we would try the burgers.
These didn't disappoint 🙌.
Me and my husband had a chicken burger each with salad and sauce (all or which you can pick and choose). For side we had cheesy chips again these didnt disappoint they were amazing.
The little ones went for a pizza and the other a chicken burger off the children's menu along with chocolate milkshakes. Didn't realise until paying that the kids meals were free.
Kids eat FREE 4-6 every night.
Can't wait to go back

Had ordered a takeaway pizza and garlic bread from here a few weeks ago. The pizza was fine but the garlic bread could have been better. Decided to try again this evening. The garlic bread was like a cold cream cracker and the pizza waa burnt underneath. Inedible and most has gone in the dustbin as a result. I totally wasted my money here tonight. It was my intention to try the burgers on my next visit. Unfortunately there now will not be a next visit as don't wish to potentially waste more time and money. Really, really dissappointed.

Sat waiting for our food to be brought out and there was a horrendous visitor using foul language after being told his time on his table was due up. The visitor was awful to the manager - sexist and rude. The manager handled the situation brilliantly, calm and stayed with the unhappy visitor until he left as to avoid other visitors being upset by him.
Fab food, fab service, will be back

Really liked the create your own pizza idea, original and I've not seen it before. The toppings were all fresh and tasted amazing, I would definitely go back for the pizza! We also shared a burger but we were not that impressed. I've been used to eating burgers from urban burger on wheatley Hall Road and the Triangle next to the dome. They do really good fresh burgers like five guys. But the suburb burgers tasted to like they had been pre made, frozen and sent to shop and de frosted and cooked in store. They reminded me of a frozen birds eye 1/4 pounder. Just didn't taste fresh to me or like it was fresh ground beef moulded into patties in store so I won't be eating the burgers again. But apart from the burgers the pizza was amazing, the fries were OK but again tasted like frozen ones chucked in the fryer not fresh cut from potatoes. The drinks were good and the staff were very friendly and polite.

We found Suburb on Trip Advisor looking for somewhere to eat on our way home from a day trip to Yorkshire.
I am allergic to milk, so eating out can often be stressful. The staff were brilliant, and provided me with all the information I needed and due to the 'create your own' menu I was able to order a pizza easily, which is a big deal for me.
The pizzas were delicious and the service was great, but for me the real excellence was the way the staff confidently and competently dealt with my allergy.

I went to Suburb with a couple of friends for a day out. I was honestly amazed by my experience.
The food I had was perfectly cooked and I got my food surprisingly fast and the staff were very polite.
I even got a 15% discount because I went in between 12 and 4.

Lovely gluten and dairy-free pizza with my choice of toppings, delivered on time by a friendly driver. It's really hard to find gluten-free options, harder still if you also can't eat dairy; to get a decent size pizza for under £10 is amazing. The chicken strips and wedges were also a hit.

Joe the manager is a cocky who thinks it’s acceptable for his staff to lie, say customers are bs’ing his employees words and lie about what his employees have done.
He then gets them to lie to say he isn’t there only to then receive abuse from other members of his staff and even the delivery driver answering the phone with the car with all the paintwork on saying everyone has left and he’s the only one there.
The say they deliver food at a certain time but fail to do so and just leave on the freezing doorstep ( accordingly ) but when opening the door no sign of the food, then Joe says he’s at the side of the person he said to call me that never did! Then that person that said she phoned me answered the phone later saying it was the first time she’d answer the phone all night and I’d never spoken to her only to lie again.
Absolutely disgusting service after all iv ordered from them and they need a good reality check as this isn’t the first time the staff haven’t caused problems.
I’m awaiting the proof of the phone calls to myself as I know it didn’t happen from this store and then just lie saying once an order has left they can’t check that they even have an order from you.
