Came to Cubanos with some friends on a night out by coincidence and not knowing about this new place in town, and I've got to say we were all surprised. From the door, we received a very warm welcome from 'Pedro' who escorted us to our seats. 'Pedro' introduced himself and briefly talked us through their concept and mission, then offered us the menus and elaborated on the dishes that they serve. The internal decor of Cubanos is something to recognise and admire at the same, giving the place a special Latin vibes that took me back in time to the beautiful years I spent in Havana. The menu has an authentic touch with the signature 'El Cubano' sandwich beside other beautiful Latin American dishes. The sizzling fajitas that was served to a table next to us is still haunting me till today. Stunning cocktails with real quality liquors. I would highly recommend this place wishing them all the success specially in these challenging times.

as regular visitors to Movida we were looking forward to trying to this sister restaurant. Firstly, it is decorated to a very high standard (love the ceiling), the staff are welcoming and the menu is comprehensive. We really enjoyed the freshly made nachos and spicy beef stew. I can see this becoming one of our favourite places to eat. We will be back to sample more of the menu soon. Highly recommended.

What a place!
Incredible food, atmosphere and staff!
Went with our 3 year old and although there isn't a chidlrens menu they have a list of small plates and the waitress advised what was best for children!
We started with some nachos...the best I have ever tasted and homemade!
I followed this with chicken fajitas, which I believe the tortilla was homemade also, couldn't fault the meal.
My other half had the chicken burritos and devoured the lot with rave reviews!
My son had chicken tenders with chips a d they also went down a treat!
From walking through the door to leaving the staff are fantastic and welcoming. Not had customer service like it for a long time!

We were excited to try the new Restaurant, and have some spicy food. The decor and Atmosphere were good.
My friend ordered the El Cubano Sandwich where half of
the ingredients were missing, the comment was the bread was nice.
His wife ordered the Ribs which came on a small plate, no presentation there. They were pink which put her off eating them, the spicy sauce was like tomato sauce with no spice!
I had the Coxhina da frango, which I thought would nice and hot as supposed to contain Jalepenos, it was like eating a luke warm potatoe croquet again no flavour or spice.
My Husband ordered a Burito which did have a little spice. Skin on fries that we all ordered were £3.95 for a tiny bowl each, come on that's outrageous.
We complained to the Waitress at the time, she got the Manager, who half heartedly asked if we wanted anything instead which we declined, nothing was taken off the bill as a good will gesture.
We won't be returning to this so called Mexican inspired restaurant with no spice and flavour.
So much for expecting somewhere different to go in Doncaster for some nice food, Very disappointed.

Went out with my partner for a drink and end up having some food haswell.
What a place...were to start, this place decor takes you to a holiday mood.
From the moment we walk in the service was exceptional, a very warm welcome with a quick explanation on their concept, being Bar and Restaurant you can just come in for drink.
With this said we decided to seat in the bar area and enjoy some cocktails, must say there Pincaloda with coconut cream is something special and also the Mango Colin's super refreshing, they're a most try!!
While drinking we had a look at food menu, they have a very good variety, that open our appetite, so we ask staff for some more information, the staff are very knowledge about the food and help us choosing a few dishes, we had fresh made Natchos, chicken croquettes, beef tacos and halloumi skewers, all the food was exceptional, amazing flavours.
Amazing experience, we are definitely coming back. Highly recommended!!

We recently decided to try this new restaurant and we’re so glad we did!
We were greeted upon entry with a warm welcome and swiftly taken to our table. After being seated, a waiter soon returned and asked us whether we’d like to order any drinks, we opted for a couple of cocktails which were both very nice!
For food we decided to share nachos to start with which were homemade, genuinely the best nachos I’ve ever had!
For mains we chose chicken fajitas and the jerk chicken burger, both were full of flavours, very tasty and fresh.
Would highly recommend a visit, we’re already planning our return!

Family meal this evening in this fabulous restaurant, the food was fantastic and the service could not be faulted. Amazing experience all round, we will be dining again soon. Really liked this restaurant, the food was good and served quickly!
Can recommend the chicken tacos (even tho I feel they should have been in a snappy corn taco shell not a soft flour one) they tasted really good and served piping hot! A side of sweet potato chips completed this as they were good too!
Loved the mango Collins cocktails!!
We went early (6pm) and wasn't busy but still had a nice atmosphere, this was enhanced by an excellent waiter (if he's not the manager he should be) who was very engaging.
Will definitely visit again!

Absolutely amazing experience! I and my husband have been there for trying a new place, and different cuisine and not dissappointed. We got some starters first as chicken croquettas, calamari and fish, all of them were spot on. Then i went for chicken burrito and my husband tried beef enchiladas, they were really tasty and fresh. Staff was really attentive, helpful when you ask any advice. We cant wait to visit again!

First time visit, flawless experience! The food was absolutely delicious my partner had the hanging chicken kebab and I had the 4 tapas dishes for £17.99 deal. The staff were very attentive throughout. My partner had a strawberry daiquiri mocktail and said it was one of the best she’d ever had!
I just hope this excellent review makes up for us not being able to leave a better tip as we had no cash on us. We will certainly recommend to others and we’ll be back very soon!

Group of 6 people.
We ordered enchiladas, steak sandwich, ribs, chicken skewers and the jerk burger.
All were really poor to average, ribs were dry with very little meat on, the burger was lacking any jerk flavour, the chicken skewers had absolutely no seasoning or flavor and the enchiladas has a strong lemon flavour which was strange.
The sangria was nice, the fries were really nice and the service was quick and friendly.
Would not visit again.

We have been here 3 times and the last time we came here in July as 2 couples. Its a wonderful place. Great atmosphere, lovely decor and friendly staff. The food is scrumptious and there is a good selection of drinks including cocktails. We chatted away for a couple of hours and it flew by as the service didn't intrude. We went first by chance, as you might not always walk past and seee this place, and we were not disappointed then nor the following 2 visits. I would highly recommend its going to be a regular of ours

We ordered tapas dishes. Food was tasty bit hardly anything in dishes. Prawn and chorizo had 2 prawns in it meat ball.2 tiny meatballs and loads of potatoes in it. I ordered supposedly the best cocktail. It tasted cheap and nasty. We came out hungry. Over priced tiny portions

After a very last minute cancellation of plans for my daughters 18th Birthday Cubanos came to the rescue and did an AMAZING job!
We were a party of 20 ranging from 11months to 78yrs and they catered for us all wonderfully.
Food was hot and tasty.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Service was impeccable 👌
Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back - thank you 😊

I can't recommend this restaurant enough! I have been here many times and most recently when to their first Drag Brunch. it was AMAZING! All you can drink cocktails and the prosseco was always topped up. Entertainment was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Food was delicious as always. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, if you get chance to go to their drag brunch do it!!
