Ordered by phone the first time and was told next time we order to do it through their app as you get 15% off, because the food was nice we ordered there again the next time we had a takeaway but the promo code wouldn't...work. Phoned up to say it wasn't working to be told you have to spend £15 for it to apply. At no point was I told this and there is no where on the app or menu that states this so if you have chosen here for the 15% discount make sure its over £15. Other than that the food was lovelyMore

I went in to order a takeaway. A young girl was taking orders behind the counter, she initially began to serve me but then stopped serving me as the phone rang. She did this a further 2 more times. In the end I told her...to put the call on hold & serve me or zi was leaving. Surely customers who are in the shop have must as much right to be served promptly as the people who call. Perhaps the management should give her a lesson in customer care.More

Pizza gorgeous. Mixed shish kebab wrap out of the world delicious. The lamb is soooooo good. New owners are doing an amazing job definitely worth a visit.

Get our order wrong I can live with that, but when my wife rings back up just to remind them to not put mayo on the wrap because my daughter is allergic to mayo she hears in the background from someone saying " give us...chance to sort is it them again" clearly not a place to use was a great start but first order for 6 months and this is the response happy days will go elsewhere in future good luck hear they are lucking for people at McDonald's when you are closed for piss poor customer service.More

Wow never had such a disgusting experience in my life my missus ordered a lamb shish they sent it with 3 pieces of lamb shish the rest was piled with donner to make it look bigger and was swimming in grease and couldn't chew it...when I rang up she told me it was on the menu that it came with donner which it doesn't and they agreed to send a new one out free of charge an hour later it turned up and it was I'm not kidding un chewable it was disgusting defiantly need shutting down no way to run a businessMore

I have ordered from here twice in the past week. The first time apparently they sent it to the wrong address and it took us to contact them for them to realise it came 2 hours after ordering. The second time took an hour and...30 minutes. The food is nice but not worth the wait. I could make it myself. I will never order from here again!!More

I recently ordered from here. Only a portion of chicken wings and some chips, only to find after i got home, the lid was covered in fag ash and the inside of the tinfoil return had clumps of cigarette ash (it smelt like stale cigeratte...ash like the kind from an ashtray) the hygiene inside the shop is very poor also.AVOID!!More
