We came here one Sunday morning for breakfast, we actually wanted to eat in Abode next door but you could only have breakfast there if you stayed the night in the abode hotel. B-lounge looked nice from the outside so we gave it a go. Big mistake. The table had a layer of grease over it, the 4 of us... More

Staff were friendly. Only let down was, we were there from 12.30 afternoon till about 3pm n out of the 3 ladies toilets there was... More

Me and 9 other friends came for breakfast on a Saturday morning in January. The breakfasts were very expensive so I chose to go for a sausage sandwich which was £5 thinking it would possibly be better value. I asked at the bar how many sausages came in the sandwich and was told 2 which I thought would be just... More

Stopped here for a couple of drinks and a bite to eat with a friend. The beer was great, Robinson's Beer in good condition. The atmosphere was satisfactory, not really my scene but perfectly pleasant and the bar staff friendly an efficient. What let things down was the food. We ordered a plate of chicken wings and a garlic bread... More

Nearly missed out on breakfast here on our way to town because they didn't open till 10am but Wetherspoons had run out of bacon (I know!!!) so we walked back - and very glad we did. Great coffee and lovely bacon and egg buttie. What's not to like!

Called in early evening, only one member of staff at bar, service poor. Ordered food which took forever to arrive even though there was only one order in front of us. When it arrived it was not worth the wait, we could see the chef in the kitchen -he didn't seem to be interested in his job. The pizza was... More

My wife and I walked straight in from Piccadilly station early on Monday afternoon around 2pm for a quick lunch before heading into town. There was only a handful of customers in so it should have been quick and easy. The barmaid, with a face like a slapped backside, took literally 10 minutes to serve our two drinks and order... More
