Ordered a vegan option. Noticed the staff member put my wrap directly on top of the hot tray of pork prior to wrapping. Noticing other customers were having meat options in front of me, I politely asked the staff member if she was able to...change her glove before wrapping mine. She looked perplexed and stood staring at me before an incredibly rude staff member said “what’s your issue?” And then said a firm “No” that it was not possible and made me feel so uncomfortable for asking. I requested to speak to their manager who was the most vile and arrogant of the lot, patronising and rude man, and aggressive in saying to me “you are right, you want a refund because of cause you are so right.” I took the refund, gave that money equivalent to charity and gave the wrap away. Please give your money to other establishments, these are scum.More

Being a girl from California, I was really wanting a burrito and saw that this place had high ratings. The customer service was amazing and food was up there with the service. I asked the gentleman who took my order if their salsa was spicy...and he said they had a habanero one, which I’ve longed for spicy salsa since I’ve been in the U.K. I got my burrito and I was sad it wasn’t spicy at all. Don’t get me wrong, there was a kick, but I wanted it fires of hell hot. I would deffo recommend this place and if I’m in there area I’d go again for sure.More

Amazing food - we had Burritos and Burrito Bowls. Super tasty - bursting with flavour. Both the Bowls and the Burritos were huge, a fantastic choice of ingredients and beautifully presented. Delicious

Should good value for money! The breakfast burrito is my go to breakfast if I’m on the go! Packed with flavour The team are so friendly and the food is fresh & delicious. Also the coffee is 10/10!

Rude staff, I felt like I had done something wrong when I simply asked for a bag for my box and some spicy sauce. It's probably not their fault as he looked miserable - says more about the management than the staff themselves. The burrito...bowl itself was tasty but I would have preferred more veggie chilli and sides rather than a huge pile of rice (the sauce the meat was dripping in looked super tasty). Huge portions if your looking for something very filling! Chillangos on Oxford road is the best veggie burrito or burrito bowl in town for me.More

Always loved Mexican food but never been huge on Burritos if I’m being honest. I am now a changed man. Genuinely made me smile biting into it when I realised it wasn’t going to be a disappointing carb-fest of rice and tortilla, but instead was...filled with meat and chilli and tasted absolutely incredible. I was thinking of writing a review on the Panchos burrito bowl that I just had as the food was really good but I found the staff to be really rude. Well blow me down, all the latest reviews are about rude staff. So it...wasn’t just me! Talk about surly or pretending not to speak good English when it suits! The server charged me for a can of pop that I ordered with my burrito but when it wasn’t presented with my meal I queried it and thankfully I was proven right. Really sneaky. That said the food was absolutely delicious. 5 stars for food and 0 stars for service. Hence 3 stars over all to be fair.More

Ordered through Uber eats. Was charged 30 pound. The Uber eats driver got lost. I rang him 5 times and he blocked my number. They refused refund and I didn’t get food and they stole 30 pound from me. Avoid at all costs if you...don’t wNt your money stealing.More

Unfortunately I have just visited and went to panchos to look at the menu. Before I had a second, the server asked what I wanted. I said I needed a minute to look and I’d come back in a second. 2 minutes later, I returned...to order and she said sarcastically “sorry we’re shutting now”. The time was 5:53. Not sure if the staff are underpaid or genuinely just unhappy in their job but the last two times I've visited Panchos I've been greeted with hostile customer service. It's a shame as it used to be my favourite place to go. They always seem...to be hiring so I'm sure it's bad management. One girl in particular just seems completely unhappy to be there.
