We thoroughly enjoyed an amazing afternoon tea here. The atmosphere is magical yet also cosy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from start to finish. We had a Festive afternoon tea which looked delightful and was utterly delicious! The range of sandwiches was excellent...and there were some exciting combinations. The beef and caramelised onion was my favourite! I had requested some plain ham sandwiches for my fussy daughter before our visit and I and my daughter really appreciated that this request was granted. The range of cakes was exquisite. They were so beautifully presented that it seemed a shame to eat them! The gingerbread was our favourite. The views from the restaurant are absolutely wonderful with floor to ceiling windows giving you amazing views from wherever you are sat. We loved our afternoon at Cloud 23 and we will definitely be back!More

Excellent experience - we visited Cloud23 to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everyone was very friendly - on arrival, we were shown to a window seat overlooking Manchester, and she was wished happy birthday! There was a slight delay in our drinks order (10 minutes max),...but as a result, we were given the drinks for free and also some complementary champagne! Perfect way to start a birthday celebration, and would definitely return.More

We decided to have a drink here before dining out in Manchester. The views here are amazing so why stick a massive cardboard wall covering the view? We were also sat right under air con unit that was blasting out cold air. We told the...staff who said they has complained to management but nothing got sorted. DisappointingMore

We visited the bar after a lovely evening at the arena. We arrived at 11.15 and waited for a seat. The bar manager told us very abruptly and repeatedly that he was closing at 12 and it was time for last orders. We said we...were happy with that and would finish our drinks by midnight. I also said that we were staying at the hotel which didn’t seem to make any difference. We ordered the drinks at 11.20 and waited for them to come. We were told twice more that they close at midnight but the bar was nearly full so we were not the only people there. At 11.45 I went up to the bar to ask where are drinks were. They then brought the bottle of wine and cocktail we had ordered. The bottle of wine had not been opened.Thinking they would come back to us we waited but nothing so we had to take it to the bar to be opened. They then put all the lights on and blew out the candles before we had even had a sip of wine. They then arrived with the card machine for us to pay but they couldn’t link the payment to the card we had given at reception. We took our drinks and left.More
