That's fantastic to hear, thank you for your review.
Love the food and friendly staff would like to go again what a great service you can go with family and friends
Thank you for your kind review, this means a lot to our small business 🙏
I’ve eaten at this restaurant many times and always enjoyed it but portions have shrunk and prices hiked up to the max now. Chicken kebab came as two skewers (small pieces of meat) tasty but only served with a bit of onion and a couple...of small pitta bread for £14:50. A small bowl of salad was over £6 and a equally small portion of sliced potatoes £4.10. I was disappointed and left hungry. I expected more and will not return. Gone are the days when you can choose lots of additional small plates. Hummus was £7 others more expensive. The service was also lacking.More

Order from here many times and it never disappoints. Amazing fresh food, always hot and flavoursome and quick delivery. Customer service is second to none, acidentally ordered arabic salad instead of arabic rice and they kindly re-sent out arabic rice. The customer service by the...team is fantastic and this is one of the main reasons why I always order. Thank you Jasmine House for serving amazing food and having a great team with manners.More

We came for Mother’s Day and thoroughly enjoyed a mix of hot and cold starters. Tasty and filling. Excellent service and lovely atmosphere.
Thank you! We look forward to seeing you again.
First time I visited here with a party of 20+. The food was lovely, big portions and the staff were very attentative. The place was very busy but the staff managed to keep on top of everything. You do not realise how big the place...is. One of our party didn’t like spices/spicy food and the staff were very informative. The only issue I had was the toilets being downstairs and they needed a little attention.More

Visited the Jasmine restaurant with my brother, staff were attentive and food was delicious and reasonably priced. Restaurant was slightly cold inside.
Thank you for your kind review.
The food here is amazing but we visited around 7pm on a Friday night and found the service quite slow. Staff need a bit more training on how to get orders out quickly and correctly
Thank you for your feedback, we will take this onboard.
Thank you to Jasmine for accommodating my large birthday group last night. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We’ll be back!
We ate here on a Friday night, initially the restaurant was busy but we were initially served quickly and it wasn't too noisy. When we ordered I asked if there was a wine list, as I'd seen wine bottles on most of the other tables....The manager said, no we are Muslims we don't serve alcohol. Starters were served and were very tasty, a large drunk noisy party then arrived along with lots of bottles of wine, making conversation impossible and delaying the arrival of our main course for some 45 minutes. We had to ask where they were, they arrived some 10 minutes later. No apology was given for the delay. Rather than wait another 30 minutes for the bill I went to the counter to pay, complimented them on the food but complained about the noise and bad behaviour of the other guest, I was told there is nothing they could do and that if we wanted quiet we had to come in the week. IMO the bring your own alcohol policy is bonkers and simply attracts customers who are already drunk, will drink more and will behave badly. If you are going here on the weekend you'll need ear defenders!More
