Very disappointed as took my children for milkshakes and they had none. Wasted journey, won't go again.

My Milkshake arrived melted WHO PUTS A Cold DRINK In the SAME BAG AS (supposed to be hot) FOOD?! No common sense. So all the food was cold, too. Burger was pretty tasteless and the fries were dry and crusty. Total waste of money. Very...annoying & disappointing!! 1st time ever ordered burger was wrapped in foil so nice n hot when it came - not this time in the paper. The last time I came inside here for a milkshake told was take out only which was fine, but I had to wait over 35 minutes and there were only around 2 or 3 other people(customers) in there! Strange how, after waiting 25 minutes with the staff seemingly doing nothing, everything and anything but my milkshake when I asked for a refund the man said I'M DOING IT NOW... hadn't even started it then still had to wait another 15 minutes. Almost ended up with a parking ticket. It's tempting to call in with my melted milkshake reciept to request a replacement next time I'm in the centre but honestly I haven't got another 35-40 minutes to waste and definitely don't want another greasy, tasteless burger or crusty fries !!!! Also had a bad stomach after eating half that burger which wasn't even enjoyable, had to force myself to eat it because of how much it cost, also can't bare to waste food when there's people starving. What an absolute waste of over £20!!! Honestly, take note of this and other reviews and AVoiD!!! Definitely won't be ordering from here any time soon in a rush. It's also quite obvious that you are not taking any of this feedback on board, either! Better off supporting your local take away for half the price!More

Only one person serving on the till but yet lots of staff wondering around doing nothing & talking to each other. Food is nice, especially the waffles, it’s a shame the service isn’t the same. Toilets aren’t the best, they were very dirty. I won’t...be going back in a hurry.More

We waited a ridiculous amount of time for food that is simple to do. The service was appalling, when I asked about food the customer interaction was poor and when bought to the table, the tray was virtually thrown on the table by the gentleman...who bought it. One of the burgers was cold and had to be sent back. Once the food arrived that I ate was really nice but not worth the wait and the shocking way the staff handled it. Not sure I will revisit in a hurryMore

Came here to try the “American fast food” restraunt. The food was anything but fast. We waited 45mins to receive two burgers and chips. Without the dips which were charged at an extra cost. The customer next to us had been waiting over an hour...for their meal. Food was average and not worth the wait or money! Spend your money elsewhere e.g five guysMore

The burgers are not quarter pound they are tiny thin strips not much thicker than Donner meat. They put some butter or something on the bun itself and it immediately makes you feel sick from the grease texture it gives off. The chicken burgers are...better and taste a bit like roast chicken walkers in that there is plenty of herb flavouring. Can't fault the chicken. The beef is rank. Overpriced for what it is and isn't a patch on the quality of five guys.More

I visited your place with the kids yesterday and indeed the girl at the till @6pm provided us a very poor custmer service. We were treated like we were people who are coming from diffrent planet. I understand if people stress or tired but its...unfair to treat people diffrent just becuse of who they are!! Shame as the kids love the burger and they who asked me to get it for them last night!! Terrible service, they make you order on the website which doesn’t work, the website then rejects the majority of orders. Waited 30 minutes to be told me order was rejected.

Ended up here due to Nando’s being a long wait. Wasn’t a great deal of choice surrounding. Came across Archie’s and with the bright interior thought we’d give it a go. Hungry/tired by this point of the evening. Order food. Food takes a while to...be done. Whilst waiting I thought I’ll have a pop on and see reviews and seen there wasn’t the best reviews received. Expecting bad food.. It was amazing. Tasty, juicy burger. We had the chips with bacon and cheese on.. tasted beaut again. I also had a milkshake! The best milkshake to date I’ve had. Love the catchy pink interior and everything. Even forks are PINK! Thanks Archie’s for saving our evening when we lost hope! Haha.More
