The worst experience ever.. Food was freezing cold and the worst customer service, actually no service at all. Avoid this place.

Stumbled across this restaurant and got Banquet A, we were not disappointed. In fact we said it was the tastiest Chinese we have ever had. I'm not new to Chinese and been to many award winning restaurants. Pros Every dish was fresh, tasty, high quality...ingredients and made to order. The prawns were absolutely huge, quantity was fantastic and service was quick. Cons I understand what people are talking about with regards to the waiter, wasn't helpful, and didn't explain the menu. The decor is also tired. But its all about the food for us and I honestly believe it was absolutely out of this world 10/10.More

I went to this place years ago and I had a good memory of it, so I tried again last week and it was terrible. I asked the waiter if the lemonade was still or carbonated and he said it was still but bottled, not...homemade, so I ordered it. He brought me a Sprite and when I told him that is not lemonade and it’s carbonated he started arguing with me, and very angry, saying that it wasn’t carbonated!! Then we ordered chicken with orange sauce and Szechuan prawns (both for sharing). He brought Szechuan chicken. When I asked him where were the prawns, he started arguing again saying that we ordered chicken. He was that rude that I decided to eat the chicken, even it wasn’t what I wanted, because I was scared of him!! I won’t be back again. That’s for sure.More

Extremely slow service, Every single order was incorrect, when we said the order was incorrect all we got was a shrug from a useless waiter and they did not offer to resolve this at all. As we were seated, a family was leaving whilst arguing...with the waiter about their order/bill which in hindsight should have been a sign. You would be better off standing on the pavement outside Szechuan Kitchen and ordering Chinese food from any takeaway to be delivered to the roadside.More

My 3 year toddler has a greater attention span than the waiters, who, I might add might sound like Alan Carr, Michael Caine or Vladamir putin. I wouldn’t know as he didn’t speak. I can only assume this is a Covid protocol to reduce splatter. Very...helpfully, the rice arrived at the end of the meal, just in time to turn my mouth into the Sahara desert ready for another beer. Would recommend for those with social anxiety or a dislike of other humansMore

Do not visit this place! Down with my mum for a weekend and we unfortunately happened upon this dive. Food was slow and our ‘full’ meal was served minus all our sides. The rice etc was then served after we had finished which ruined the...entire meal Let’s not mention the fact that the same JLO song was on loop. (I love JLo but at least in small measures) All in all, a terrible place. AVOIDMore

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Extremely inattentive staff. Didn't take orders. Not a good experience generally

This restaurant is just speechless. Came to this restaurant last Saturday. No manager here and the waiter, who is not Chinese, even didn't know the menu. Give us the wrong dishes and even cold. With bad service and even charge us the 10% service fee....Never come back againMore

Came here Saturday night in a party of 10. We were shown to a table which tilted by approximately 30 degrees when you touched the table. The writing was on the wall but we hoped it was not an omen how wrong we were. Starters...were small greasy and the lettuce leaves were swimming in liquid. Unfortunately their was worse to come. The mains were ordered and after about 30 minutes they started to arrive sporadically. Despite the waiter reading out the order to confirm it was correct what we received was I correct. Most of the meals were either cold or inedible. I ordered pork and pineapple but received beef and pineapple, after sending the same dish away 3 times I refused to have anything else. The management seemed surprised when we said we would not pay for the incorrect meals and missing meals. I can safely say I wont be visiting their again.More
