As a Peruvian, I like good taste and warm attention. And I found that in this place. The magnetism, kindness and good vibe that Maya radiates upon entering her premises are unique. The flavour of their chips is incredible and reminded me of the Peruvian "salchipapa" dish. Without a doubt, it is the best Fish and Chips I have found in all of Manchester. If you are Latino, this is a MUST-SEE.

Popped in for what was meant to be a quick bite but i'm very indecisive when it comes to options 😂but the lady made me feel very comfortable.
The food was beautiful would very happily return. The staff are amazing it was almost like dinner & show watching these two.

Our usual chip shop was closed so we decided to try The Corner Plaice. Well what a great result. The Beautiful lady behind the counter was really nice and cheerful. I ordered the Haddock and chips and it was Fabulous. Nice touch with the music pumping. She also called me an Angel . we will defo return in the very near future 5 stars from me x

This was so disappointing!!! Half cooked chips and oily curry sauce meant it was just awful to eat.
We ordered £50 worth of fish and chips for a games night, none of the chips came with salt or vinegar even though it was expressly asked for. The chips hadn't been cooked in hot enough oil so they were greasy and soggy.
The only saving grace was the battered sausages. They didn't have any large ones so they gave two small ones which were nice and crispy.
But honestly. I was so upset with the food. The reviews made this place out to be amazing and we definitely drew a short straw.

This is the second time I bought takeaway here. Fish n chips are nice, so as the Hot Chicken Wings. The staff in the shop are really friendly, good place to eat out and great atmosphere there.

I ordered a cod fillet with chips. Very delicious, I like mayonnaise sauce and Garvey sauce. It’s a little bit oily but it’s tasty 😍

Loved the good food, they take care of details, the staff was very warm and friendly, unfortunately i forget to ask the beautiful lady of her name😞. Anyway i love the food and the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the place is superb 👍🏻💖

The food was amazing (even though I’m not particularly a fish lover) . The lady gave me a free piece of haddock to try. When we got our food , it was hot, salty and obviously delicious (it was served with a slice of lemon instead of vinegar). The staff was very very friendly, they sang while cooking ,so the atmosphere was fantastic! Would 100% recommend!!!
