On a positive note, their milkshakes are amazing. However, you are lucky if you can get one. I visited Friday 3rd Feb which was not planned however we took a detour off the motorway to get some shakes. Having waited for ages in a queue (several staff walking around chatting etc. but only one guy serving), we ordered our shakes... More

We went through the drive thru which was so convenient! There was quite a queue hence the four star rating, but the doughnuts themselves were top notch!

krispy kreme is an awful company. for example, I asked for a original doughnut, the staff threw the doughnut on the floor and then gave it back to me!! then I asked for the boss and all he did was threw a coffee at me and burnt me.

Drove to the factory for a nice chocolate sprinkle doughnut, at about 10 on a Sunday night, only to find out they only had a small selection of doughnuts left, I was wanting the chocolate sprinkle doughnut as everyone has a favourite but I was told they had sold out and they weren't making anymore. How disappointed I was when... More

To see donuts made from small blobs of dough to the proving stage as they grow to ending up in the fat and frying and being turned over is fascinating for adults and children. To then buy and sample what I think are the best donuts in the world is the best part. Definitely worth popping in to see and... More

Visited Krispy Kreme with friends & family. They were making doughnuts at the time so it's good atmosphere when they have it on. You get to see how the original is made from start to finish & even request hot doughnuts from the conveyor belt. Wasn't happy with the coffee - tasted of chemicals. But i suppose they specialise in... More

A great place in the City Centre, for really good quality coffee, had a lovely latte, in a proper cup. A amazing selection of donuts of all descriptions. Great service and clean and tidy.

Even my American friends had never dined in a KKD, in their state of Georgia, they only have drive throughs! Kids loved the donut machines and all enjoyed the selection of freshly made donuts on offer, we all took some home after first eating in our 20 strong family group.

Stopped by for a coffee and to let the kids have a donut. Pleasantly surprised when we realised that we could watch the donuts being made - the kids especially liked this! The staff gave us a student discount as we were travelling with young kids - thankyou. The coffee was OK, but the kids loved their donuts. I only... More
