My family and I found this restaurant on trip advisor and decided to try out this place, the restaurant had great food, fantastic waiters and waitresses who were very helpful and funny to keep the mood up. Between my family we tend to order all separate things and then share to get a sampler of everything a place has to... More

Situated in the old town, is easy to find. The attentio to detail is standard setting; thay went out of their way to modify two dishes for my daughter, vegan. Impressive presentation, impeccable manners, lovely food. We will be back!

On a daytrip to Colmar we found l'Arpege on Tripadvisor. Arriving early for lunch we were informed that it was fully booked but the very friendly boss managed to find us a table nevertheless. About a dozen or so other walk-ins were not so lucky. The food is fantastic, I recommend the wild duck or the venison stew. The dessert... More

What brought us into this restaurant was the pretty courtyard at the end of a small alley. We stumbled upon it while busy taking pictures of the flower pots, the wooden ladder with tea lights and the lantern. Surprised to find that there was a restaurant behind this courtyard we had a peek and immediately fell in love with it.... More

Delightful food, delightful staff, delightful place and courtyard. You have to be sure that you book in advance to get a place to have dinner there but that's the only "inconvenience". Once you are there the waiters show you the blackboards with the menu and the suggestions of the chef and the show begins! Every dish is amazing (lamb is... More

Booked on line and received email acknowledgement from restaurant. Sadly we arrived and they had no record of our reservation, luckily we had copy of their email. They kindly found us a table close to door to garden, very chilly spot. Food was good, both enjoyed our meals but bit pretentious for us.

A perfect evening in the Elzas; Colmar is a surprise and l'Arpege fits right into it. The food and wine are really great. Staff is very friendly and the location nice and quit.

We were 3 young families, each with a little baby. This restaurant is very central, right in the heart of pulsing center of Colmar. We booked a table outside, in a lovely patio with a lot of herbs. The staff was superhelpful, trying to protect us from thunderstorm, taking care even about our baby-prams. Drinks and food was very good,... More

The restaurant what I expected, cosy nice and friendly. The food was very good which is what I expected from reading the other reviews. Service was good although we had a bit of a language struggle because no one spoke french, one waiter did speak a little english so we worked out everything. Payment cannot be made with Sfr. or dollars... More

Me and my son rush to this restaurant after a visit in the musee on that day. I can never forget how beautiful the garden was. Food? of course was excellent! My main was chicken, my son's was the fish. Everything were excellent, Chicken was tender and full of aroma, crisp skin and fluffy fish apart just by fork. The... More
