Perfect spot for people watching as the view looks out onto the market area and church. Staff helpful and professional. We had a few drinks as we had already eaten but the meals coming out looked great. Only negative is that the toilets needed a good clean, however it was a very busy day.

The place was packed at 2pm. The waitresses looked very flustered and were impatient when taking orders. Had to spend some time to attract the waitress' attention in order to get a table. Food was delicious, but price was rather steep. Coffee was expensive for the amount. Vegetable soup was disappointing. Flammkuchen with goat cheese and mushrooms was not bad,... More

Stopped here on a freezing trip to town. The service was quick and friendly and the coffee was great. Most of all the facilities were clean and warm

The prices were too high for street fare quality. My husband's Flamkuchen was good but my potato dish was not. For over 13 Euro I got a sliced baked potato with cheese sauce on it.

We were here for a carafe of wine and to people watch. The setting and people watching is great. The server, once she got around to noticing we were there, was surly and unfriendly. All we wanted was a glass of wine, how stressful is that! The patio had three other tables occupied, so I can't say she was over... More

The food is substantial and sometimes a little "heavy" in the style of the local cuisine. The menu is heavily meat based and there is a lot of cheese in many of the dishes. I loved it - my wife would prefer something a little lighter. Personal preference. Le Stam is one of the few restaurants open on Monday nights... More

We were impressed by both the beauty of the town and the rudeness of its inhabitants. Also in this restaurant: the waitress seemed chronically stressed despite the average number of clients, and served us more mechanically and quickly than in a McDonalds. The choucroute aux 5 viandes, only had 2 kinds of meat. When we asked for the toilet, it... More

We had a great casserole dish that included potatoes, chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese. We actually ordered it by mistake and liked it so much we went back to Le Stam a second time for the same dish and it was equally tasty. They had a very good amber ale, although they called it something else, but it complemented the... More

The food here is really tasty and consists of a nice selection of local fare. They also offer a good list of drinks. The servers are few but very friendly, and appear to be easily distracted, however, do respond well once you flag them down and make sure you've zeroed in on them. Location is great for people watching. Given... More

We much enjoyed our potato rosti dinner at Le Stam last evening. We asked to add mushrooms and this was accommodated without a problem. A nice outdoor setting in the warm evening. Service wasn't rushed even though they were busy. The wine was a good price too. Was open on a Sunday evening which was great for us as a... More
