Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Tasteless food and terrible customer service. Had to pay for a crepie that I did not have and gave it back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Delicious and traditional, with a large selection of galettes and crepes, at very affordable prices (up to €17 for both a galette and crepe).

A great selection of sweet crepes as well as galettes. My only complaint would be my hot chocolate was meh. Not really hot enough. More like a warm chocolate and not chocolaty enough. But the crepe was delicious.

We had dinner here with our two young children. The menu is extensive (although lacking in many vegetarian options), the service was friendly and efficient and the food was very tasty. Recommended.

We didn’t expect our favourite restaurant in Bordeaux to be a simple creperie, but that’s what happened. Having been turned away at several restaurants at 10 p.m. on a Friday evening because they were fully booked or the kitchen was already closed (‘on ne sert...plus’) we started to loose heart when we happened upon Nom d’une crêpe in Rue St Remy. We immediately liked the place. It was extremely busy but the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. Our savoury crepes were yummy and the cidre brut was invigorating. The side salad was fresh and so big we were justly advised by our waiter to share one instead of ordering two. We liked the place so much we went back earlier on Sunday evening to try other crepes. They were equally nice. The young staff at Nom d’une crêpe are exemplary. Friendly and attentive, but quick and efficient.More

This was not a planned visit but I happened to walk by this restaurant and decided to have early Crêpe supper here. Inside was clean and a lot bigger than it looked from outside. The waitress was friendly and efficient. I had a glass of...wine, and Menu €13.90 - savory crêpe with salmon & cream & a dessert crêpe with marron💕. Delicious!More

After several heavy meals in other restaurants, we wee looking for a light meal. When we spotted the word Crepe on the sign, we knew we had found what we were seeking. We each had a set menu, with a savoury crepe (a gallette?), followed...by a sweet crepe, plus a bottle of bordeaux red wine, for a total of 43 Euros. The service was friendly, the ambience was casual, and the food was delicious. This is not fine dining, but we would happily return.More

We had passed this restaurant several times during our stay. Looks like a chain restaurant and ambiance is pretty basic. Still, we wanted crepes. I have to call this an average restaurant that fills a basic need, and fills it well. If you are American,...it is like going to a IHOP, for pancakes. They will be exactly what you are looking for and you will leave happy. That was our experience here. We all four had different crepes and each one was very good. I would expect every one of the dozens on the menu would be at that same level. We then split two dessert crepes and again very good. Please do not view this as in any way negative. We got exactly what we expected. I would visit again, in fact if local I would likely visit monthlyMore

The crêpes were lovely, plenty in them. Lots of variety. Our four year old really enjoyed his too. The crêperie was busy but the waitress was still friendly. Great value when you take the 'menu'.

We came here with a group of 10 including 4 young children for lunch, and it was a great experience. They accommodated our delays nicely, and booked us a table at the back of the restaurant under a glass roof. It is not too noisy...despite being quite large. The menu is very good with a great variety of crepes and the lunch menu is extremely affordable in all its versions (11-16€ for a main dish crepe and a dessert, depending on how complex / fancy the main crepe is). The service is fast and our server always very nice. They were able to serve everyone at pretty much the same time. Only downside: you cannot customize the crepes, you have to pick one of their own recipes, but there is something for everyone. We are already planning our next visit!More
