We did dinner here as a group during our June visit to Bordeaux. We had called ahead, and set dinner up for the group doing a tasting menu. Every dish was absolutely magical, plated beautifully, and providing a flavor experience! The beef was the best...More

On a heatwave evening in Bordeaux we were glad we had picked a restaurant with air conditioning, but there is no need to wait for a hot night to visit this restaurant. Comfortably appointed we were welcomed with politeness and a smile. The menu is...More

We were warmly greeted and had a good table. We were helped to find a good wine. The amuse bouche was very good, as were our appetizers. Our main dish, called Mediterranean tuna was not satisfactory. It had a strong oily fishy taste, unlike any...More

A very pretty restaurant with excellent staff, accommodating to English speakers. Unfortunately the food did not meet expectations at this high a price. Octopus was tough, and nothing really wowed.

We eat a springtime meal beginning with asparagus and ending with strawberries. For our main dish was a fresh piece of tuna cooked perfectly. The service was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our meal. The reason for four stars and not five stars is the...More

Our friends chose this restaurant and on arrival we all thought the menu looked a little fussy (the restaurants in France are usually so good there is no need to seek out particularly smart restaurants) but we were all really impressed by the outstanding quality...More

We had dinner here, the best of our stay. The restaurant is elegant but not formal. Service is quick and professional. We chose the 4 course tasting menu. With the complimentary nibbles they served before the meal, there was just the right amount to eat....More

We had the five course chef selection meal and was impressed with the quality of food, wine pairing by the sommelier, and great service. Our favorite dishes were the sea bass with macaroni and the steak with sweet potato (I can't adequately translate or remember...More

Came here for dinner having read TA reviews and wasn't disappointed--as often happens with French restaurants the extra dishes were superb--the amuse bouche was my favourite course--the menu food was excellent and all round well worth going if pricey/

New gourmet restaurant located in the old Bordeaux, "St Pierre" district. After many years with great chefs (Alain Ducasse, Alain Senderens, Michel Portos), David Grangier and Olivier Rouland wanted to combine their expertise to offer their "cuisine", simple but tasty and seasonal products and flavors have a prominent place. David and Olivier welcome you in a warm atmosphere. The restaurant is open every day except Sunday and Monday for lunch and dinner (open Monday evening from May to September)
