Great location for afternoon cocktail and people watching. The mojito is highly recommended. Service is quite okay considering that they waiters are few and extremely busy.

On arrival, the waiter insulted me for no reason at all (he assumed I was german because of my french pronunciation). Having a great day prior to this, I was caught off guard and never replied. Then he served med overpriced coffee with a grin. Biarritz is full of amazing bistros and cafes, please chose any other place than this!

Great setting overlooking Grande Plage. 12 euro breakfast ( fresh OJ, croissant, baguette and coffee) is good value and a nice way to spend an hour watching the surfers.

The location is very stunning, overlooking the beach. It is also convinent if one wants something to eat while at the beach. I have tried one of there salads and one the pastas. Both are a bit pricey, the salad was in the much better tastewise. Still it is probably better to bring a sandwidch or similar and sit on... More

Great location overlooking the beach in Biarritz but that is about as far as it goes. Stopped for coffee - luke warm, bitter and very expensive. You're clearly paying for the location. Wouldn't return.

We had brunch and a croque monsieur for lunch here and it was ok but a bit expensive. No chair for kids. Nice place to sit and watch the beach and people walking by. The brunch was quite good, freshly squeezed orange juice, baguette, croissant, fried eggs, ham tea and fruit salad.

Have had breakfast here for many years on our summer stay in Biarritz. Lovely spot, decent breakfast but this year the usually efficient service has fallen apart. With one exception, the new staff are surly and inefficient, leaving you waiting ages to place an order and then to pay at the end of the meal. Such a shame.

This was our regular afternoon beer stop after the beach on our 8 days in Biarritz . Good people watching, Good Service, Free Pretzels with our drinks and life couldn't be sweeter. The staff were always friendly and polite.

This relaxed cafe is ideal for breakfast and lunch, or for snacks and a beer or bottle of wine early evening. The staff are friendly and very polite. And the food is fresh and tasty, with generous portions. The fresh orange juice is delicious! The terrace is a real sun-trap with gorgeous views over the beach, and ideally situated for... More

Visiting Biarritz on a rainy autumn day - unfortunately there wasn't much 'ritz' to be seen with almost everything shut up for the upcoming winter. Happily, this beachfront cafe was open but due to the rain, it had very limited seating given that most of it is out in the open. The menu is limited, simple and over-priced. The service... More
