This restaurant had mixed reviews, some very good from the distant past and some more recent which were negative so we were a bit apprehensive. However, our fears turned out not to be based on reality at all. The seafood platter/plate for two was enough as a main course if you are not feeling too hungry and want to leave... More

Smart and modern bistro, casually dressed but friendly staff. Definitely worth a return visit just for the seafood. Oysters, lobster and moules marinieres were all faultless - and the lobster was a fraction of the price you would pay in the UK. Popular with locals and visitors alike (it was half term in France).

We had a couple of very good fish meals here. It is not a posh place and the owner/waiter is casually dressed, but the food is very good and fresh, and well cooked. Maybe this place is somewhat expensive compared with some other restaurants in St Malo, but we would come back.

We picked this restaurant as it was very close to our hotel and we weren't disappointed. The Italian salad was excellent and the ubiquitous moules frites were as good as any. English was spoken and the service was very welcoming and friendly. Not worth driving a long way for but, if you're in the area, a good choice.

Again here for the Moules and they were just as good as on previous visits. They are offered in at least 4 variations, as usual, we had marriniers. There is also a choice of 2 full menus one at 24€ AND 34€ plus one at 19€ only available at lunchtime. Not sure if that means only weekdays, as many do.... More

What a cheerful, smiling reception. Throughout the visit we were delighted with the way the waitress approached all diners. A good variety in the menus but for us this was a visit to sample, (not for the first time), the Moules. We had 'marinierre' but they are offered in variety. Local moules i excellent condition and well prepared. Completed by... More

We came here by accident and were pleased we did. They fitted us in even though they were busy (The previous restaurant we tried told us they were only doing one sitting.) Food was fresh well prepared and delicious. Service was excellent and with a smile. Very good value.
