In this cellar between bottles of wine " burgundy " of But not only… Enjoy local dishes, do not expect neither oysters nor sole meunière. But burgundian cooking. My advice, book before going. Each time I am in Beaune, I go in this special restaurant, never disappointed.

Nice and interesting place to have dinner. It is good, but nothing special. Their wine list seemed more interesting.

Great traditional French food in a nice cellar: eat while surrounded by all of the region's wine! The joue de boeuf was perfect, and the salad quite a large portion

I usually don't write a review, but in this case I want to make sure that travelers will stay away from this place not to ruin their image of burgundy food and hospitality! Terrible service and food. Waited for our entree 1hour and 15 min, everybody finished dinner and left around us, we were alone in the cave downstairs. Waiting... More

Dined here twice in July and again in August. It's a bigger restaurant than one may at first think as whilst in the summer there is a small upstairs restaurant and outside ares, downstairs it is big. We enjoyed our food and wine very much but it always felt as though an extra member of staff is needed. The steak... More

My wife had the scallop risotto with truffles, and I had the steak. These two dishes were fantastic. It was so good we did not notice that they probably needed 2 other servers to service the number of people seated. We slowed down and enjoyed the food and the wine and had a great experience. Maybe we just ordered their... More

Had a very traditional Burgundy prix fixed menu and a lovely bottle of wine. Buried in an old wine cellar, you have a lovely combination of wonderful French food, great wine, and friendly service. On the lower end of spendy, especially if you buy the whole bottle of wine, but a great meal overall!

The quality of the food was absolutely outstanding so it was the wine. The only minor detail was the rice in the risotto slightly over cooked. Service was excellent as well. A place to definitively comeback.

Going down in the cellar to meet the french cuisine, it did'nt turn out well. OK, the snails were good to start with, very hot with good taste. But the following Boeuf Bourguignon was terrible. Two small pieces of meat was hidden in a sauce of powder beef stock. And I doubt, that it has cooked with redwine. I was... More

Serving a Sancerre at 14-15°C is not OK. It took more than 15 minutes to get a cooler. But the food was really excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So with service at ⭐️ It ends up in an average ⭐️⭐️⭐️
