We were a group of people and they managed to give us a table without having a reservation; impressing! Some of us had a tasting of oysters, some had salads and some had escargots. Everything tasted very well and the chosen wines were fine too.

If the food had not been as good as it was, the place would definitely have gotten an average. I had a delicious fish dish with violet mashed potatoes and my friend had the stew. Both were wonderful! All in our group raved about the...More

Classic French brasserie with pleasant "ambiance". I asked an "entrecôte" but what i received was more or less fat with some peaces of meal in-between. Definitely not what we call an "entrecôte". Ice-cream was good. Wines not expensive, if mediocre.

We had a great meal in this classic French brassiere. The menu inclused all the classics and has a great selection of seafood. We started with Foie gras! Followed by Sole meunière...excellent. Finished with a wonderful Paris Brest! Service was good. Prices reasonable. For those...More

The place was one of the average ones during our less than 2 week visit in France. Not particularly tourist friendly imo, and the food was unimpressionable.

I must admit, that we were surprised by the total close down of Reims in mid August so our options were a little limited. Nevertheless we were glad we reserved at Boulingrin for our first evening in France. We had different classics from snails, seafood...More

We have never had a better oyster selection. For entrees we had the skate wing with fennel, ris de veau over spinach and breaded pigs foot with ratatouille. They were all beautifully prepared and nicely presented. Wait staff is efficient and wine list good. The...More

It is nice to find a restaurant in France that still has the old French charm, food, service and atmosphere. The menu is an homage to yesteryear. Filled with classic items like Sole, foie gras, and a nice selection of oysters, and other shellfish. The...More

After seeing some of the recent mixed reviews, we weren’t quite sure what to expect, but we decided to make our own decisions. We arrive half way through 1st service (7pm and 9pm sittings) The manager politely pointed us in the direction of a local...More

Hello Janet. We do have 130 seats but we are not able to accept a 130 people group. It's pretty impossible for us to serve 130 people in the mean time. We do accept groups up to 50 people. We hope you'll find something... More
