We had a nice meal on a nice place and I would probably consider it just a regular meal were it not for the dessert. We had a chestnut cream that was marvelous and definitely one of the top three desserts I have ever had. I would recommend anyone to eat in this restaurant if only for the chestnut cream!... More

The young host who greeted us at the door was well trained thanks to his father who is a professional restaurateur and himself the son of another restaurateur. The place prides itself on serving nothing but authentic “recettes d’antan” (traditional cuisine) such as a cheese made by the famous La Fromagerie D’Alata which uses Corsican milk exclusively. I had to... More

Nice atmosphere but: 1 hour to get the starter, the main was over cooked, cold, not tender.... We didn't dare asking for dessert and we left. However at the time of the bill they informed us that no credit card was accepted... Only cheques! Come on, we are in 2013!!!!! Really disappointing.

The restaurant claims to use only local ingredients and cook authentic food. This might be true, but then I'm not impressed with a plate of meat that mostly contains bones, probably 500 grams of potatoes and a zucchini. Don't get me wrong, but when I pay 25 euros for one (1) dish I definitely expect more. The meat ( the... More

The restaurant has a clear motive - to serve food sourced from local, known producers and to cook simple traditional dishes and it executes this well in my opinion. The restaurant itself is a nice design and in a central location. The waiter was friendly and attentive.

I went to this restaurant to introduce friends of ours to Corsican cuisine! I was mortified to see that a plate of Corsican charcuterie is priced at 20 Euros. The beignets aux herbes (herb fritters) would have been delicious had they not been overcooked, the same with the canneloni au brocciu that were overcooked, as for the main course, those... More

The cuisine is solid and authentic with high quality ingredients in a comfortable restaurant. The service on the other hand is mediocre since there was only one waiter that spent a good amount of time chatting with his mostly local clientele. Though a small restaurant, it would benefit from additional waiting staff, at least on a Saturday when it was... More
