On our recent trip to visit we had an apartment close to Romantica Cafe. We ate there many times. Always on a moments notice. We often stopped in for some pasta to go for our kids as well. The staff was more than accommodating. We felt like we were friends by the time we left after a week or frequent... More

We ducked in out of the rain, and had a fun family meal. The menu is limited, but all the food was good. including gluten free pasta if that is what you need. We had Anti Pasta, Pasta, and a few had veal. Everything was tasty, with normal sized portions. There is a fancy table side preparation in a wheel... More

I went to this restaurant by chance, since my very sick boyfriend requested "bolognese" for dinner. The staff is lovely, the accommodate my request of take away . The pasta was excellent but the starters weren't good at all and definitely not worth the money.

We happened upon this busy caffe by accident but we're thrilled to see listed gluten free pasta options for 3 euro extra. It was even better when we explained our daughter had coeliac disease and was allergic to gluten because our server said he would make sure no cross contamination occurred and came back to check lardons and cream were... Wife and i had craving for pasta so we asked some locals for a good dinner recommendation. Place is quite nearby where we stayed so off we went! Service was impeccable. We watched how 2 service staff handled all the diners. Though venue was abit secluded, people kept popping in, lots of returning customers we had observed. We had the... More

I was in Paris, solo, for New Year's and was so engrossed in absorbing this wonderful city on my very first visit that I totally forgot to make dinner reservations. Many places that I went to, although some were almost completely empty, refused to let me in saying they were fully booked... I almost gave up and was walking to... More

Decent size portions but a little over priced. No salads..this place just didn't do it but it was only lunch.

Although it was a little noisy and crowded with loud locals and ex-pats, the food was absolutely incredible. I got the special risotto, (quattre fromage) and my partner a pesto and tomato pasta. Both were delicious and I couldn't decided which one I like more. The tiramisu wasn't the best that I had had, but their lemon, citrus cream dessert... More

My husband and I darted into this restaurant to get out of the rain after visiting Les Invalides. We were only there for a few glasses of champagne and wine but the service was so attentive and, had we had more time, we would have loved to have stayed there for dinner. It is an easy walk from the entrance... More

Since she loves Italian food, I decided to take my partner out for her birthday at this Italian restaurant not too far from our hotel. It had reasonably good reviews. We were not disappointed. The staff were very helpful. Since they knew it was a special occasion, they gave us a nice table tucked away in the corner. For starters,... More

Description
La Romantica Caffe restaurant in Paris not two steps from the Ecole Militaire is the pretty little sister of the beloved La Romantica in Clichy. This attractive bistrot has exposed brick walls, sleek toffee-coloured seating, wooden floors, clever indirect lighting and a feeling that care has been lavished on every detail, no matter how relaxed the ambience. The menu differs slightly from big sisters, too. Its more informal, though still authentic seasonal Italian gastronomy, with dishes like a pretty irresistible assorted antipasti platter, a long list of pastas, classic elephant ear veal Milanese, and an ultralight tiramisu. Superb for business lunches, a small army of regulars keeps the atmosphere buzzing.
