Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Cold day and had to hit this place as I had found it on Instagram I believe. We just had a couple of butter croissants and they were excellent.

Went to try the almond croissant. Ended up also buying a chocolate eclair. The eclair was really tasty even though I’ve been walking around the city with it and also left it in a museum’s cloakroom for about 2 hours. But the almond croissant wasn’t...very tasty. I know that they are made from yesterday’s leftover croissants. But it was too sweet and some parts were inedible due to being an actual pure roasted sugar. The service was okay, although I must say they lack in the organization department.More

Very good bakeries (we’ve tasted the croissant, the pavé au chocolat and the kouglof). However, we were a bit disappointed by the service. More precisely, the croissant was at first too small and too much cooked (compared to the others). When we asked to change...it for better, the seller was not friendly at all. On our side, we think they should select the bakeries to always reflect the highest level they claim everywhere on the front of the shop.More

Not as good as they say.. The croissant was cold and there was an insect inside the sweets display case. Not very worth it..

I often come here and eat their pastries when in Paris but managed to also try some of their other items this time including the chocolat moelleux, vanilla flan and pain au chocolat. All were really lovely and of course I ate a fair few...of their wonderful croissants too over the course of a few days.More

Amazing croissants!!! Soft and flaky!!! Didn’t feel greasy or sticky like the ones we tried from some other stores in the area. We really enjoyed the croissants from here!

The pastry is good but the cashier made a double payment on purpose (being a tourist), hence the low rating. Be careful and check ir the first payment os successful ir not!

Very good food, it all looks amazing. I got a chocolate croissant and it was delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful even if your French isn’t fantastic.

We were sent here from a local coffee shop for the croissants and they did not disappoint! So light and fluffy and not greasy or doughy like a few others in the area that we tried. In fact, we went 6/9 days! Highly recommend!

I don't know what to write about someone who has collected so many medals and cups as the best bakery in Paris, the best Croissant, but really the best croissant I've ever eaten in my life :) you must visit this apparently humble and unremarkable...bakery.More

The croissant was fantastic and lived up to our high expectations. However, the pain au chocolat was the worst we’ve ever had. It tasted like bread and there was almost no chocolate. The pain aux raisins was very good.
