Paris is a lovely city, full of art, culture and romance. But something that I noticed that usually lacks is variety when trying to eat in a restaurant and everything is very expensive. This place is different than any other. Besides that is very affordable, you get really good food in nice portions, excellent service, location and atmosphere! The onion... More

My traveling companion and I happened upon Le Pre aux Clercs while exploring St. Germaine. We were both hungry and decided to have an early dinner. The place was packed, but it was warm and cozy. There were some interesting original drawings in the backroom where we were seated. We both shared a very tasty vegetarian salad, with frisee, a... More

I happened upon the restaurant while heading back to my hotel. I am glad I decided to stop. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food. I had the chicken (I think it is a signature dish) with mash potatoes. OMG, it was so good!. The chicken was very tender and the mash potatoes were silky smooth. A nice red wine... More

We LOVED this restaurant! We were in Paris for 12 days and had friends come visit us from England while we were there. We came back here THREE times because the food and the service were divine. The chicken and the wine are perfection!

We've been here before and always enjoyed the ambience and food. There are both tourists and locals dining here so it still feels quite Parisian. The service was particularly efficient and welcoming. Prices reasonable and we have a very enjoyable evening so would definitely recommend to others.

I stopped here for lunch and it was delicious. I tried the rump steak and also the roasted chicken - both were great. I took away a star because the fries weren't the best. They had almost no potato inside of the fries.

Excellent restaurant! Excellent food, staff super friendly and great service. Duck Margaret with mushed potatoes and Rib eye steak with pepper were excellent !!!! The Christmas decoration was very cute making a warm atmospheric inside the bistrot. I would definitely recommend it!

We ate here after a long day of sightseeing and the meal was fantastic. Two course's for each of us and all three of us enjoyed our offerings. The duck confit was the best we have had in France and the steak was perfectly cooked. Desserts were also a treat.

Just had a lovely dinner, good wine and the best chocolate mousse ever! Very authentic and reasonably priced. Hope to go back before this trip ends.
