We were staying at Hotel Banke and decided to try Josefin for dinner. Menu was not that extensive but inspired. We all enjoyed our entrees and the service. To top it - a short trip back to our rooms!

The Restaurant in the Banke Hotel offers delicious meat and fish menues in the upper price areas. What I missed was half a bottle of wine.

The best meal we have ever had! Truly phenomenal cooking that is worthy of a michelin star. Amazing service as well. Plus the carrot cake was hands down the best dessert we have ever had. A must visit if you are in paris

The food was ok, but to expensive for what it was. In Paris, you've got a lot of choices. i would recommend to try another restaurant.

Description
In a warm, relaxed and intimate atmosphere, Spanish cuisine takes the stage on the tables of the Josefin restaurant at the Banke Hotel 5* Paris with a selection of Mediterranean specialities sprinkled with contemporary influences. The list of starters includes such original dishes in Paris as tomates à l’ancienne (cooked in different textures (roasted, pickled, fried), tomato jam and smoked mozzarella) or its parfums orientaux (Umeshu (Japanese grapefruit liquor) foie gras terrine and lychee marmalade). The meats and fish comprise the main dishes at the Josefin Restaurant, with suggestions such as the croustillant de ris de veau (with its deglazed turnips with vineyard peach) or blanc de Saint-Pierre (with its piperade and Iberian palette). Finally, desserts such as fraicheur de fruits rouges will make the Josefin Restaurant an experience for the senses.
