The waiter shouted loudly to my fiancee for using a washroom and insulted us in front of everyone for buying something. Disgraced and insulted, we had meals there. They bought us the worst meal possible and charged us 60euros. I'd like to see an action...More

The worst cafe we visited in Paris. Absolutely worst place to eat or drink. Horrible customer service. Location is the only reason they are still in business. Very rude staff. Will go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. Must avoid.

I guess we got lucky, because our guide, Abby, was from Portland, Oregon, had lived/studied in Paris for 6 years, and was excellent. Ask for her, because other tours were ruined by guides who spoke English, but did not PRONOUNCE English. The only disappointments were...More

One of the worst place I've ever been. Waiter rude even by Parisian standards. Serve you more expansive things than what I ordered saying (and without mentioning it before). Poor quality of the snacks. Awful hygiene upstairs (take a sneak peak at the kitchen). Terrible...More

A year later & we’re still talking about the best crepes we’ve ever eaten! Ham & cheese crepe from the outside takeaway stand was mouth-watering!

Ile de la Cite / Ile Saint-Louis
Two islands sit in the middle of the Seine at the very
heart of Paris. The more majestic one, Ile de la Cité,
sparkles with history. This is the birthplace of
Paris, the home of the Gothic Sainte-Chapelle, and the
site of the prison where Marie Antoinette was held
before her execution. Tourists flock to see the iconic
Notre Dame and the beautiful bridges that straddle the
Seine. Ile Saint-Louis, the more provincial island,
