So, you're a week in Paris. You've been to bistros and brasseries. Maybe you've got the kids in tow. Maybe they've seen one too many duck confit legs or haven't fully developed a taste for goose liver (that'll save you some money!). Maybe you're in the 7th and just want something simple with a bottle of wine.....Como could be your... More

I came upon Di Como after wandering around the neighborhood at the suggestion of the desk clerk at my hotel. I was early (still on New York time) but the server, a young woman from Napoli who spoke excellent English, was very attentive and accommodating. I wanted just some pasta and fresh veggies, and she asked the chef to make... More

Ristorante Di Como is a hidden gem among the many great restaurants in the St Germain area. If you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine, go no further than Di Como. With a small, cozy room, attentive service, varied and well priced wine list, and excellent menu - this is a fabulous restaurant. The trofie al pesto is as good... More

We were staying at Hotel Lille nearby and found this lovely little neighborhood place. We both had veal--one with lemon sauce and one with wine. Both were excellent and the sides of spaghetti and potatoes were generous. The portion of veal was fine for me but a bit too small for my husband. Our young server, Cechic, was perfect.

Our hotel in the St. Germain district shared this 'secret' surprise with us. A lovely bistro with a simple but delicious menu. They have a Fixed Prix each night but we ordered the Linguine with clams and White wine sauce. It was fixed to perfection...pasta perfect, clams still in shell, lots of garlic and plenty to eat. We went back... More

Di Como found me on my first evening in Paris. I came across the restaurant on a rainy evening and it looked inviting and warm. All of that was true and the food was delicious. I had a simple salad followed by ravioli with fresh asparagus and tomato. While I was too full for dessert, I'm sure that would have... More

Whenever I'm in Paris I always try to arrange a meal at this restaurant. I've eaten here about a dozen times now and always enjoyed the food. Service is excellent and the location is very convenient. The portions are reasonable (not too large) so I don't feel too bad about having desert. I often make reservations but have never really... More

Been living in the neighborhood for the past 6 years but never had the occasion to visit Di Como. But this Monday late evening I randomly stumbled in and had a lovely buffalina pizza and a glass of Barbera for €23 in total - well worth the money and positively surprised by this establishment. Thumbs up!!

Had dinner here one evening and initially had the tricolour insalata - the mozzarella was very good! For main I had veal escalope in a simple lemon and butter. Again very good. Topped off with a nice glass of house white. Thought it was slightly expensive but the location was good. Was not allowed to access their wifi for some... More
