A good value for breakfast. Intimate and on the left bank of the Seine, frequented by art students and ‘regulars.’

Near the café Beaux Arts on quai Malaquais my wife tripped on a lifted pavement and fell face full force onto the sidewalk. Blood flowed from her nose onto the sidewalk and her clothes. Her glasses lay twisted and broken. We had arrived the day...More

We have enjoyed some Confit de Canard (duck) and potatoes at Cafe des beaux Arts. I am French but my husband is from Wales, and wanted to practice his French so he made a point to order all meals the whole weekend. The waiter at...More

Nice place into which to duck for a drink and a bite. Perfect for lunch or a quick snack. Tables are jammed together as one often encounters in Paris, the overall experience is fine, however.

Waitress forgot our order and virtually threw the good at is when she eventually did bring it. Wine glass not quite filled to the lone. Postage barely drinkable, over food ok. Very expensive for such poor quality.

We eat here every time we visit Paris and always try something different. My favorite has been the Poulet au vert, which comes with the most perfect pureed sweet potato. The wines are nice, as are the cheese and meat selections. People expect a little...More

Quite a good cafe, very close to our accommodation;/we needed food & drinks & went there because it was handy. Had a nice Cheese toast & Marinated Herring. All OK. Good service. Slightly overpriced but right on the Seine.

Went here for lunch on our way to the Louvre. Situated across the river Seine from the museum. Had the omelette for lunch, and it was perfectly fine. Not too cheap, but in this area this is what you can expect. Nice interior, clean toilettes...More
