This restaurant came highly recommended by all those who had stayed in the Paris apartment we are staying in, before us. Trip Adviser reviews were also very positive. We loved this restaurant. In a very quiet, local residential and non-touristy neighbourhood in the 12th arround, next to a children's playground, our family of five arrived without a reservation on a... More

Came across here on Saturday lunch time and was very busy but managed to get a table outside as the sun was shining! Quickly got given a English menu and I choose Thai beef salad and hubby had the veal in mushroom sauce! Both were yummy and the staff were very very friendly! It's not cheap but highly recommend! Didn't... More

Good food, good wines served in a beautiful setting, both inside as outside. We stayed on the other side of the small square and kept coming back. Can get busy, so sometimes there was a wait, but we did not mind. With good company and this setting, why worry.

A lovely restaurant both inside and tables outside overlook a park. Had dinner there in December and was not disappointed and in July for lunch and, later in the month, a dinner. On all 3 occasions the food did not disappoint, small menu with a scrumptious heavily laden desert trolley. The service was excellent. Only criticism, I feel the tables... More

A typical old bistro riding on gastro-bistro wave, with an extensive menu of typical French dishes (snails, terrine, sole meuniere, filet mignon and so on). All is well prepared and quickly served so if you manage to grab one of tables outside, it is a great place for a light and simple diner in pleasant surroundings.

Le Square Trousseau is a lovely looking restaurant in the 12th. Six family members, met up during travels from Australia. I had the penne with eggplant and tomato, it was full of flavour. My husband had the duck with spices which was tough to the point that he couldn't eat it - perhaps cooked twice. Two other family members had... More

Please leave some space for the desserts. This is a fine restaurant, average main course dish average 25euros. Great variety of appetizer: it can be worth to chose a couple of them instead of a main course. Main course menu includes meet and fish dishes all worthful a try. I had a very very good salmon with ginger and miso:... More

It's in a relatively non chic and undiscovered part of town, but it's an utterly fantastic location, right near one of the best markets(Marche Alligre) and a great wine bar (Baron Rouge where you can but liters to go of excellent Cotes du Rhone for 5 euros!!!!). The restaurant straddles the corner of a gorgeous and unknown square named Le... More
