We enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. Both chose the duck, which was fine, but not exceptional. The wine list was impressive and we received good advice. The portions left room for dessert, and we got cheese (smoked brie) and childhood dessert respective. Good and pleasant service. A bit pricy - Danish prices in France...

Went to this restaurant for dinner. The staff was very friendly and took time to help us choose our dishes and wines. As the name suggests, the restaurant has a dedicated sommelier who helps one choose wines. I would highly recommend the beef stew which was lovely. The place can prove to be a challenge for vegetarians. I had a... More

I just come back from a lonely dinner at Le Petit Sommelier. It has been years that I pass by this restaurant located in front of the Montparnasse train station, not a very fancy neighborhood, thinking that it should be a tourist trap, like many restaurants in front of the train station all over the world ! Too many tourists... More

After a full day at the Louvre on a Saturday, we wanted something fairly light and quick. We waked in and they were completely booked with locals( which is always a good sign) but would squeeze us in. They were very friendly and accommodating. We shared the beef Bourguignon and the pate. Very good. A limited menu but very well... More

Very convenient for a traditional French lunch, as we stayed in the Pullman Montparnass nearby. Steak tartare & frites.....perfect. A nice bottle of burgundy to savor. Professional service and sparkling clean.....what's not to like?

This was a return visit to this restaurant which we first experienced a couple of years ago. On this occasion we had the vegetable soup which was topped with puff pastry and was delicious. This was followed by Boeuf Bourguignon (beef stew) for my husband and I had the Salmon with salad. The food was cooked well and we both... More

We wouldn't miss going to eat at this restaurant when in Paris, it never disappoints, impeccable service, excellent food and good advice, hence the name of the restaurant on the wine to drink with what you are eating.

This place was very near to my hotel, so I decided to take a look. Small menu but with very good selection. It´s an old but charming place that anyone wants to experience when travelling to Paris. It has the Paris charisma! Also very nice wine list. I had the pork and I loved it. Is a place to repeat... More
